I had problems with the original set. The pre drilled holes in the table were off centre resulting in the legs being wonky and the glass not laying flat. Also the pack contained the wrong bolts. I contacted the seller whose communication was excellent, always getting back promptly. After several exchanges of emails and photos they sent a complete new set which was excellent. It's sturdy and comfortable but the material sags slightly when sat on in the heat but is still perfectly usable. All in all I'm satisfied with the purchase for the money and the seller is very helpful.

We really like the product, however, we had a challenge with a badly scratched surface on a chair leg, this was immediately replaced by the company..So we are now very happy customers and would definitely recommend this product...

A huge flaw with these is that the horizontal sides of the seat fill up with rain water and then spills out rusty water! Other than that they feel pretty sturdy and comfortable.Update…after a couple of weeks they started to rust on the outside! Don’t waste your money

Love how this looks on my patio and easy to assemble but disappointed that as previous reviewers have commented, the metal frames fill with rain water resulting in rusty water accumulating and leaking out the minute the furniture is moved.

Once we had got to grips with the basic instructions it took us 2hrs to assemble but it does the job.

Very lovely and comfortable set.There was an issue with one of the seats and the seller responded very quickly and went above and beyond to correct the issue. Very happy with the produce and the seller.

Instructiins not easiest to follow for chair but once I got it no problems. Great size and comfy enough. Weather proofing not tested yet.
