Very good mild soap
I have very dry/sensitive skin, and I'm also semi-obsessive about washing my hands. That is a bad combination of traits; what it means is I have to be pretty picky about the type of hand soaps I will use, or my skin ends up in real bad shape. I just began testing several different foaming hand soaps (standard liquid soaps bother me for some reason; they just feel impossible to fully rinse off). I like this one. It does feel very mild, it rinses *totally* clean, and it has done a pretty good job at not drying out my hands (this soap contains a lot of moisturizing ingredients, such as aloe and shea butter). I also like the idea that the soap is generally "natural"; I'm not sure exactly what that means (that's a pretty vague designation), but at the very least the soap is vegan and alcohol-free. Looking at the list of ingredients (and looking up those things I don't recognize), they all seem pretty harmless, which is unfortunately more than I can say for most soaps.Personally, I like the smell, which is pretty orange-ish; I don't get much vanilla. It smells fresh/clean, isn't terribly overpowering, and fades pretty quickly (I don't like anything that is too perfumey). However, one word of warning: the smell is A LOT like a furniture cleaning/polish product called Orange Glo; if the idea of that bothers you, you probably wouldn't like this soap. It kind of surprised me at first how similar the two were in smell, but I'm ok with it, since I know that is simply because both products use actual orange oil.Bottom line, very good soap. I would highly recommend if you have sensitive and/or dry skin. This soap isn't cheap, but I believe this is one instance where you get what you pay for. I'd like to give 4.5 stars, but since that isn't an option...I guess I'll go 5, with an option to re-visit again in the future (as of now, I'm halfway through my first bottle of the stuff).

Great fragrance!
A great natural nondrying foam hand soap. Save one of your bottles in case one of your pumps go bad. When the bottles work, which has been most of the time of the five or six I've ordered so far, it's a delightful foaming pump. I would give this a five if it came in refills. It really is very expensive for the amount you get. I might eventually change if I can find something I like as well at a better price. I do love the almond smell of the Shea butter & oatmeal version of this soap. How about it, Hugo, please give us a refill size bottle for this soap, and I'll come back and give you a five star review. Meanwhile do try, this I think you'll like it, but hope you'll also encourage Hugo to sell a larger refill for these small pump bottles of this soap, or at least sell it in a larger size bottle at a bit of a discount for the greater volume, so it doesn't need to be replaced as often.

Not bad soap and smells wonderful
On the positive side, this soap is reasonably priced. Even better, it's available on subscription. I really do love that service. It really smells wonderful and as long as you haven't been working in the garden or the garage, then this would be just fine. The downside is the foam. Foam style soaps are a little difficult to get used to. They seem to be diluted or something. I guess that's why you find them at the doctors office for the patients use, but not for the doctor's use. I admit it. I come from a family of compulsive hand washers. This doesn't quite make it for me. I do love their conditioner, though.I hope this helps. Soap is one of those things that people like me are choosey about.I hope that this is of some help.

Odd feeling to use. Feels like nothing. Concerned when I first used it that I was wasting my time and money trying to wash my hands with it. But Hugo really cleaned my hands, I could see all the dirt running down into the sink. I live out in the country and have livestock and get pretty dirty and some nasty things get on my hands I will continue to buy this product

Smells nice
I bought this to start replacing all Bath & Body Works soaps in my house and I love the smell and the feel of it, but it was expensive. Not only was it expensive but despite it's shrink wrapped delivery, it was still leaking like mad when it arrived. For the price, I was disappointed to lose even half an ounce of the liquid due to shipping complications. Oh well. I ordered an EO soap and didn't have the same problem. Could be just a fluke.

The foaming soap is good but the dispenser not so good
The foaming soap is good but the dispenser not so good. I have had to transfer the soap to a target brand dispenser; The spring in the pump head does not work well and so the pump head gets stuck in the down position. That is somewhat annoying when your hands are dirty!

This soap did not last very long in my kitchen. I can usually make soap last for several months. This lasted about two months. That's a lot of plastic for such a short amount of time to be used. I won't buy this again. Also, the soap leaves your hands with an oily feeling (from the orange oil) which doesn't work out well when you're washing your hands to remove the oily film from touching fatty meat or oils while cooking. I will probably dilute some Dr. Bronner's and try to reuse the dispenser.

Like the soap, hate the dispenser
This is a nice soap. It does what it should and is not drying. However, the pump is terrible. The last two bottles we've purchased have had a pump that didn't work. We've had to pour the soap into a different dispenser to use it. Also, the bottles tend to arrive sticky and dirty. Basically we like the soap, but little else.
