These work as they say, but if you do high volume gigs, you're not going to notice a difference. In the studio, these definitely make a difference.

The Booty Shakers for your floor tom are an incredible product. I'll admit, I was all about the Little Booty Shakers at first, but it took me a little time to jump on the floor tom train. Not because I didn't think it would work, just because I didn't know how much difference it would make. But when I gave it a chance at a nice venue, without him seeing me set up, without him really being able to tell anything about my kit, the FOH engineer came up and asked me how I got my floor toms to sound so huge! Showed the little feet, and he asked me to take them off to hear a difference, so I did, and we went back and forth for a minute, until he was satisfied. He talked to me about these things ALL night long. He couldn't wrap his mind around the difference it made. I played at that venue again the other night with a different artist, and all he remembered me as was, "the guy with the floor tom footies that sound amazing." The point is, THESE MAKE A LASTING IMPRESSION. Are you going to notice a HUGE difference playing your kit in your living room with these on your floor tom? In my opinion, no. Not huge. But you put these on in a situation where your drums will be magnified (nice venue, studio, etc)...and they will blow people's minds. Pair these with Little Booty Shakers and you will have people talking about your drums all night long. Great product, great people, and a small price to pay for a BIG payoff. for years now we drummers have settled for the floor tom maybe not resonating as much as it could... if you ever taken a floor tom out of its case and held it and hit it... you heard the tone ring out... then you put its legs on and sat it on the floor... and whoosh the tone got sucked into the floor/carpet/concrete/bandstand... well with this Floor Tom Isolation System... you will finally hear all the tone... all the time. So easy to put on and take off... just don't leave them behind after a gig... you don't want to go back to the muffled tone sucking sound once you've tried them. a great product.
