So I have heard of DHM for alcohol for a while. Read some of the studies and heard it mentioned on health podcast. I don’t really drink because I feel sickish after 2-3 hours from drinking. Decided to give these a try and wow do they work. I literally won't drink unless I have these around. I wish I had known about it during my college days. Next bachelor party I'm invited to I will definitely be bringing these to spread the good word of no to low hangovers.You won’t be totally immune to a hangover if you are drinking heavy, but it will be GREATLY reduced. It definitely removes the “bleh” feeling I get a few hours after a few beers. It is just gone. I get to enjoy some social drinking and not feel crappy near the end of the night. Its also re-assuring to know there is a lot of science on DHM showing it helps lower the actual damage alcohol causes to the body.One effect I and others have noticed is if you take it right as you start drinking you can “sober up” quicker. Especially if you are only having a little wine/beer/a cocktail the "buzz" disappears just a touch sooner. We're talking 2-3 hours after drinking. So there have been some nights where I cooked a nice dinner for the GF with 2 glasses of wine. Near the end of the night getting ready for bed its a bit odd to feel sober when normally you'd be a bit buzzed still, but it is entirely worth the trade off of not feeling like crap. Probably best to take it mid drinking if you are having a night out/in of long drinking. If it’s just a glass of wine or two you can take it before drinking. While it does work taking it after drinking it’s best to take it before the end of the night so it can help your body clear up more of the nasties that cause the hangover feeling. Basically help prevent the issue rather than come in to clean it up while you’re already metabolically full of trash.I love that it doesn't come in an plastic bottle, helps reduce plastic trash. I picked this brand because it was the cheapest I saw and just wanted to try it out. I can say it definitely works and I don't see the point of paying for a more expensive brand when this does the trick. If I was going to pay more the only other product I would look for would be nootropic depot's alcohol defense (cheaper on their website than amazon and their shipping is amazing). Their Alcohol Defense has DHM and other compounds and Nootropic Depot is known for their awesome quality testing and any of their blends of supplements have a lot of science and thought put into them.

So far so good! After being someone who suffers from some pretty terrible hangovers that last sometimes an entire day, I’m willing to try most anything. And I have!!! Recently I have tried this DHM supplement and not only do I wake up feeling pretty much 100%, I am also not lying awake all night long. So far I’ve only tried with wine but wine is usually the culprit for increased body temperature and the inability to sleep through the night. I hope they continue to work as most “hangover cure vitamins” seem to actually make me feel worse in the mornings.

I get red, hot, itchy, and headaches when I drink and usually I take Pepcid but I rarely drink. I thought this might be a healthier alternative and allow me to drink more often but I didn't notice a difference from when I don't take anything. I'm really disappointed, waste of money.

He can feel a slight difference in fat reduction.I have celiacs and I have had no adverse side effects so it is gluten-free in my humbled opinion.

The company sells for lesser on Amazon than their website because Amazon "buys in bulk" (referring to a reply from their customer service. They cannot price match.Otherwise, this is a great product!

I want to return the product badly, but it doesn't accept returns. I'll sue Amazon a-z. I bought the product too much, they do not return it and I do not recommend you to buy it.
