Perfect for napping
It took the cats almost 6 months to actually use this cat hammock. We moved it to different areas of the house and finally decided they must not like it and then they figured out how cozy a cat hammock could be and now you will always find a cat napping in it.Compact in size, perfect for small spaces. Low to the ground so you don’t have to pull the curtain or blinds very high so they can sunbathe while napping.

Not Bad for the Price-Best for Kittens and Small Cats-Overall Pleased With It UPDATE: Can't Wash It
This thing takes only about 2 minutes to set up and I expected it to be super cheap and flimsy, but it's really not that bad. It is the perfect size for my 8 week old kitten with some room to grow and he absolutely loves it. The materials are not high quality at all but it should last a reasonably long time. The carpet on it is very white which is not the best. The pictures in the description show the fabric darker than it really is especially the first picture which shows it more of a grey color. The dimensions are as stated for the most part, the base is 15 1/2" square and overall about 21" high. The pillars themselves are 19" high which for scratching posts are not tall enough for the average adult cat to fully stretch out, but the hammock part up top should be OK for adults.Update:I removed the top hammock part so I could clean some stains off it, but I ran into an issue: basically the metal ring is not coated or rust proof in any way. After washing, part of the fabric is now dyed orange from the rust of the ring. It won't affect function, but it looks like crap. Washing was a pain too. Cat still loves it though.

Exceeded my expectations and my big boy cat loves it.
I got this to give my cat a vertical scratching post, in hopes that he’d leave the furniture alone. I wasn’t concerned with the hammock bed on top because my big boy wasn’t interested in cat beds; he liked to sleep stretched out to his full two-foot length. Well, not only does he now leave my furniture alone in preference to using the sisal scratching posts, but it’s also his favorite place to sleep. After reading some of the other reviews, I didn’t expect the fluffy ball toy to hold up, but it’s had 6 months of abuse and it’s still in place. The bed seems a little wobbly, but so far it has withstood flying leaps and other hard use without a problem. This cat tree/bed was very easy to assemble. I’m disabled and not very strong, and I was able to do it myself while sitting in my chair and it only took a few minutes. The sisal posts are prickly to hold; you could wear gloves if that really bothers you.I do wish it were available in a dark color, since my cat’s black fur tends to make it look dingy (though it cleans up easily with a quick vacuuming). The only other drawback is that Milo insists that it sits next to my chair and raises a ruckus if I move it.Overall, it has exceeded my expectations and has turned out to be a bargain, as well as saving my furniture from being scratched.UPDATE: I've had this for over a year now, and it's still holding up well. The ball is still attached (though to be honest, he doesn't play with it as often as he did at first). He still uses this as his preferred scratching post. I re-tightened the screws once when it started to get wobbly. I'm still happy with this purchase.UPDATE 2: The first one I bought lasted 3 years before the sisal started to come off. The 2nd one only lasted about 7 months. But I'm back to buy a 3rd one, because my cat loves it and it does keep him from clawing the furniture. He's taken to pole dancing on the posts. I only hope this one holds up better.

The first time ordered it was great! This time it is not!
Ordered this stand for the first time in October 2020. That one lasted what I consider a long time. I ordered this second one directly from my past orders screen using the buy again feature. This time the stand's quality is nowhere equal to the first. The sisal rope covering is less than half the thickness and the hammock material is not very substantial comparatively as it already has a hole/rip next to the post and the pet hair is sticking out all over underneath it. The first one never had the hair issue, but it did finally develop a small hole a couple of months prior to ordering this new one over a year later. I suspect this will not last long, hopefully we will get a couple more months out of it but it seems to be deteriorating quickly. Buyers need to be aware, just because it was great the first time doesn't guarantee the quality will be the same down the road if you want to reorder.

Plenty big for my 13 lb male cat, and both my kitties loved it so much I bought two.
My cats absolutely love these. I'd bought a cardboard scratching board for my somewhat destructive kitten in an attempt to save my furniture. It worked great, but picking up cardboard shreds every day got pretty old. My older cat, Sebastian, seemed content with his little cat bed, so I purchased this hammock both for the scratching posts and to give my now 8 month old kitten her own place to lay. They ended up fighting over who got to use it, so I ended up buying two. Now I've got one for each cat in front of a different window and scratching posts that are much sturdier than cardboard. The hammocks are plenty big enough for my 13 pound, 10 year old cat (the black one) to lay curled up or stretched out in, and they hold his weight with no issues. The material is very soft and is a pleasant and clean cream color, so I've no reservations about them being part of my decor. Straight out of the box, the hammocks appear a bit small, but they quickly stretch out and become deeper once the cats start laying in them. They aren't really big enough for two adult cats to share, but at the price these are, getting one for each cat isn't really an issue. They were also very simple to put together, and far less of a hassle to clean or move around than the large cat tower I used to own. Overall, I'm very pleased, my cats are happy, my desk chair is still in one piece, and my carpet isn't covered in the remains of a very unfortunate bit of cardboard.

Wish the hammock was deeper
Title is my only complaint. My other hammock holds my cats better so they flock to that one more often but I still love this and the look of it

worth what you pay
The kitties love to claw at this. However it is very small sms they often pull it right over onto its side when scratching. Neither of them fit in the top basket, although it doesn't my smaller guy from trying and looking uncomfortable 😊

Small cats only.
This hammock is great. It went together very easily, is sturdy and not imposing in the room. My kitten loves to scratch the posts, play with the ball, and sleep in the hammock.I will note, it is only meant for kittens or a small cat, it will not accommodate a large cat.

Small-way too small
Absolutely a rip off! It’s tiny - my kitten couldn’t even fit in it. The picture makes you think it’s for a full grown cat - it was shipped to me in a huge box but upon opening the box it was full of packing and a very small box with the product. Very disappointed with this!!
