It's a really good product I am 19 years old but this medium size is a little bit bigger than my last glass but it's ok that's not that huge and it protects my eyes from harmful rays of computers screens I play 8-10 hours a day on computers So if I don't wear these glasses my eyes goes watery in 1-2 hours but these really help me.Overall a good product
