Luxury Bidet Toilet, Elongated One Piece Toilet with Advanced Bidet Seat, Smart Toilet Seat with Temperature Controlled Wash Functions and Air Dryer (A)

I bought this product in 2021 and due to remodeling effort only installed the product in 2023. I haven't used it for even an year and it is broken. I have included pictures. I contacted the seller and there hasn't been any response from them at all. Do not buy this product, it is a piece of crap and the seller has no customer service at all. This product is a total rip off. This product contains cheap material which will break over a short period of usage.

I didn't know really what to expect when I first used the bidet feature since I have never used one. This was installed in our new home build. I LOVE IT! It's beautiful and user friendly. The only thing I don't like about it is when you first sit down the toilet "refreshes" the water and I don't think there's an option to turn that off that I can figure out and to call the company, which I haven't done. So no star discount for that since it's just my preference. The install directions are not that helpful but really is not that difficult if you've ever put in a toilet.

Update on the slow death of my toilet:The lid on my toilet broke a few months into use. I originally thought it was the motor that raised and lowered the lid, but it is the lid itself that broke. I would buy a replacement lid (4 screws and it's off), but I can't find a replacement. Now my toilet is running its flush cycle for an excessively long time. It will typically run for several minutes. It still flushes, but is probably wasting a ton of water in the process... Manufacturer won't reply to Amazon message and I don't know what kind of warranty there is. I've already accepted that I will need to replace this toilet relatively soon, which sucks.Original Post:Like the other reviews, my toilet also stopped working, but ours lasted over a year before it stopped working. I think I figured out how to deactivate the lid using the remote control, so the lid just stays open all the time now. Aside from the motor failure (also unable to contact manufacturer), it's worked OK for us.

No customer service on the product malfunctioning on the toilet seat operations.

Toilet has no bolt holes. Says silicone down. I tried this came loose 4 times. I then drilled my own holes to finally get it stationary but 1 month later toilet keeps flushing and flushing. No good

Easy to install, must have an outlet close enough to plug in. Comes with everything you need to install except the glass glue. There are no bolts attaching this to the floor.It works great and is very responsive to movement around it.I keep it set on auto.Delivery took over a month but it was worth it.

I have not instale it yet but it looks good.But I don’t agree that they don’t let you know that there is an extra charge for shipping.

We got the toilet installed during our bathroom remodeling. After about 3 weeks, the lid stopped automatically open and close. The buttons on the remote for opening the lid didn’t do anything. Other than that, it seems to work ok. I have not found out how to contact the manufacturer.
