Way less brain fog.
This was suggested by my medical provider due to brain fog from menopause and post illness issues. I think it's helping, I mean it's too early to know if it is just placebo affect or not. I will check back in a couple of months if it is still working and update. Overall - tasteless pills, good shape that goes down easily. The brand is doctor recommended and high quality.
