Ness products are always made very well. I previously used the Ness Mamie bag, but I am trying to down size, hence the reason for buying the Eli. I got this bag for a steal, $85 free shipping! It is a very attractive bag and the pockets are placed well. However, its kind of awkward to carry. The straps are adjustable, but they are still too short, even on the longest setting, to carry on your shoulder. I was initially excited about the backpack feature, but it hangs awkwardly on the back as well. It does work for carrying as a crossbody and the strap is perfect, but it looks kind of like a back pack on your hip. I really wanted to love this bag, but I just can't say I do. It's simply okay. Not sure if I will return it or not, because of hoe good the quality is and the great deal I got on it.
