We have 4 over 4 windows with only one on each window and the do work.

Where is the off and on switch? Can you turn it off without setting the alarm off?

Dear customer, The on and off switch for the window vibration sensing alarm is located on the side of the device. You can switch it to the "OFF" position to turn off the alarm. If you switch it to "-" position, it means the alarm is on but in low sensitivity mode, while switching it to the "+" position means the alarm is on and in high sensitivity mode. Please note that if the alarm is triggered and not manually turned off, it will automatically stop after 1 minute. However, it can be triggered again immediately after the automatic stop. I rent an apartment. Will I be able to remove this device from the windows if I move?
