Excellent book, awesome recipes.

Lots of great information in it. I have started using almond milk for my smoothies and have found that to be very refreshing.

Overwhelmingly amazing. I opened the book only to be met with beautiful pictures and easy recipes. I really didn’t know which recipe I want to do first. My kids wanted horchata and they drank it so fast, I couldn’t get a picture. Darn!Using my unused bookmarks to mark the drinks I want to try. The paletas? Especially during summer time? PERFECTION! Arroz con Leche, in paleta form? Yummy for your tummy.This makes a great book to keep at home and of course, as a gift.

What a gorgeous book. The photography captured my attention but it was the recipes that kept me flipping the pages. I love the collection of aguas and paletas the author presented. Everything is made with easy to find ingredients yet exciting combinations of flavors. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for refreshing Mexican recipes to cool down with on a hot day. I can't wait to try every recipe myself. The handful I have tried already were easy to follow and the results were stellar! Love this book. <3

I've been following Ericka for a while and love her work. Her recipes and pictures are great. This one is her first book, and can't wait for her next one. The pictures are gorgeous. You will want to try every single recipe on it. They are perfect for the summer, so they are perfect for Miami the whole year ;-)
