Beautiful and very sharp...a bit larger than you might think. Terrific value!
I bought this knife because it so beautiful and such a great bargain. When it arrived I found it a bit larger than I had anticipated and the boxing was so nicely done that I decided I'd just stash it and eventually give it to someone as a present. I already have a half dozen paring knives. and it will be a great gift on Christmas or someone's birthday. I'm thinking of getting another for myself.Comes with a very good Japanese edge...didn't need to break out my waterstones or anything!

Awesome design, somewhat bad steel.
Cool design. Poor steel. I wish they had used 440C (which is actually a great steel, despite what steel snobs want you to think). They used 440A and it just loses its edge really fast.

A very nice paring knife
A very nice paring knife. Very sharp, nice clean look. Blade might be a little wide for certain things, but otherwise a great deal for the price.

Rusted after two months
This is the best knife I’ve ever had. It is beautiful to look at, perfectly balanced, and unbelievably sharp. The handle is very well-made and the steel goes all the way through it. After a month it is still sharp.**UPDATE**After two months of use and several trips through the dishwasher it has started to rust quite a bit. This is unfortunate as it will make the knife unusable and should never happen in two months. We really liked this knife and initially gave it five stars, I wish it had lasted.

Great balance!
This knife is a great little worker. Feels good and solid in the hand, had a lovely look about it, and a super-sharp blade. Love it!

Love it - great weight, great handle and super sharp!!
Great knife - it's my new favorite! The handle is incredibly comfortable and the blade is the perfect length for fruits and veggies! But, be careful...it's super sharp. I should have used a cutting board instead of trying to cut something free-hand...knicked my finger and the cut was deep.

Awesome Knife, But Rubes Had Better Sign up For Amazon Bandage Deliveries Every Other Week :)P
Really Sharp & Has Great Balance in Your Hand...The Main Reason People Sustain Severe Cut Injuries When Using a Kitchen Knife is Because if The Knife is Dull The Force Needed to Cut Food is Sometimes Twice What it Takes With a Sharp Knife. And When U Inevitably Slip & Cut Yourself Twice The Force Means a Much Deeper Injury...
