finally!
it took me ordering and returning about a previous 5 shower caddy;s before this one came thru with the right proportions ... not too obstructive, not plastic, not chunky etc ... and it's perfect. sits on the shower wall tight and firm and is ideal.

Nice and strong
Really easy to install. Mine is on tiles above the shower and holds 2 x heavy 1l shampoo and conditioner bottles easily + shower gel and room for more. It gets condensation but no direct water, don’t know if that makes a difference to suction.

So far so good
I am always skeptical with suction products but thought I would try as didn’t want to drill my new bathroom panels. So far this was easy to install and has managed to stay up since I put it up two weeks ago. I have many heavy products in there and it hasn’t shown any signs of losing suction. Advice would be to follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong.

Stuck With Ease!
I bought these, not expecting them to be up to much, but I have to say that I have been taken back by just how good the sticking power has been with these on the tiles that we have in our bathroom. Needs quite a few twists to lock things in place, but once done, it has been (so far) rock solid. I suppose time will tell how long these will last for, but first impressions are good.

Pros and Cons
Good looking item, terrible adhesion. Had to end up fixing it to wall with good adhesive.

Bathroom shelf
These shelves work really well and avoid having to drill the tiles in your bathroom. We have 4 and have been really pleased with them! A word of caution though, it's best not to overload them with really heavy shampoo bottles etc as they will only take so much weight! Highly recommended!

Excellent product and great customer service!
This is a great product at a great price! Similar items are way more expensive, so I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. Most of the reviews were good, but sometimes you just never know. Thankfully this item lived up to its promises and I have had absolutely no problems with it! It holds 4 large bottles and a bar of soap easily - I'm sure I could put even more weight on it and it wouldn't slip a bit! Also, I have received several follow ups from the seller making sure I had no questions or issue with the product, which is super nice! I haven't had any, but the fact they reach out so diligently is refreshing! One note about installation: I put this up in a bathroom with a "plastic" shower/tub insert (as opposed to tile) and initially placed it on a section that was slightly curved. At the time I honestly didn't even notice because the curve was so slight. However, a few hours later, one of the suction cups had started to slip and the caddy would not support my items. I then realized it was probably due to the curve in the shower, so I placed it on a flatter section and had no issues at all. So just make sure you are sticking this on a completely flat surface! If there is even a small curve or unevenness in your surface, the suction's seal won't work properly.

Works great
This is a nice device to attach to the shower wall. I think this is my 3rd one. They last about 3 years before suction cups give up, but thats ok. During the 3 year life span it works great.

Not Fake News! - This item is useless, will not stick
Try as you may, try as you might ... this item is not going to stick to your tile.(Yes, friend. I'm looking at you with your freshly cleaned, non-porous tile and your face full of optimism ... Sadly, it can happen to you)You'll start out with initial enthusiasm (Hey! Look at me! I'm getting organized ... This is MY year ... take THAT, Carol at the office), only to watch your dreams of an organized life droop, slouch and wither as the caddy slides off your tile -- First, one suction cup (surely this one suction cup is just having a bad day ... we all have bad days). Then, the other will follow. You'll try again to no avail (wash, dry, repeat, assure yourself this is not about personal failures, avoid existential woe). Your loved ones will try to help you - Big, swooping attempts made with total assurance that they can get this thing to stick - and they will fail (fallen caddy, and bruised egos abound). You can try in the morning, slightly past noon on your lunch break, and then one late night when you're *sure* this time you've got it - and you will always be met with the sinking disappointment of hearing this thing crash down minutes later (from the next room, where you've absconded for a moment of peaceful retreat - as you envision waking the next day to a reality where this thing sticks and world peace has miraculously taken hold, as well)You can wash the suction cups, dry them, attempt a séance with suction cup spirits, and prayers to your god ... but this thing is not going to stick. Please believe that, we've been trying for three months now (It's all we do ... we've quit our jobs, ended social calls, and taken to this caddy obsession. Muttering as we toil over plans, diagrams, theoretical approaches ... Okay, just kidding - but really, those suckers won't stick).Perhaps it would help if the thing wasn't so darn cute. It really is a nice-looking product. But, it's useless. Truly. It's currently sitting on our counter of broken dreams ... For those of you feeling that you, surely YOU can avoid this fate, please know - Our tile is non-porous. We've tried this thing with light items, with no items, and with gasps of hope (Maybe it's only going to slide slightly this time, I can live with a crooked caddy ... Nope). I'm telling you - it will not stick (see review from one person who drilled the dang thing into the wall ... he wasn't playing)They acknowledge on this product page that the item does not stick ("About the Falling") - their solution? Email them through Amazon. Well, I did that - twice. I told them that I very much liked the look of their product, and it would please me greatly to get replacement (functioning) suction cups so as to avoid leaving a bad review (this!), and in order to keep the shelf (which looked nice for the record 15 minutes it stuck one time) ... I realized my potential naïveté when I sent that email - afterall, the replacement suction cups might also be dog poo ... but I figured, "Maybe they've made a design improvement? Surely they're not going to continue selling something that doesn't stick!" I was trying, you know? Optimism -- I got no response. The second time I emailed them, I got a response from Amazon saying that SANNO's email is defunct. So ... Basically, if you want a nice looking caddy that's going to sit in your non-porous tile shower, reminding you of shattered attempts at greatness - go for it.If you want something that performs its very basic advertised function (you know - sticking on tile, elevating items, giving the appearance that you've got this life thing in the bag) - move on.
