Make sure that you hire a plumber to install
The media could not be loaded. Great to have in the loo especially for people that have used it in the past!

Great kit apart from the head.
Was looking forward to installing this but had purchased it without opening as I wasn't ready to install it. FWD several months I justs opened the last few days and the kit is really well-packed and has everything you need. The big letdown is the fact that the actual head is plastic. Tbh, I never read the small print, but saw the stainless steel in the header so assumed it was all metal. Looking out for a metal one, which is annoying as there are other options on here for the same price, which has a metal spray bit.
