I use this cushion on a dining room chair. I use this chair for computing. The cushion offers great comfort to my lower back and also improves my whole posture by promoting lower back support. It makes me sit up therefore helping the rest of my back. I also use it sitting on the sofa. It attaches very easily and the straps hold it securely on the chair. My husband uses it on his computer chair and loves the support and comfort it offers. I really recommend this cushion for anyone who’s sitting in front of a computer or indeed in front of tv. It’s soft material but firm cushion. Mobile and easy to transport.

Having been a previous customer I was given the opportunity to try this for free. It couldn’t have come at a better time as I’d hurt my back through a mixture of a running injury and long hours sitting for work. My L5 was out of alignment. The back support is easy to attach to any chair and it immediately provided relief for the pain. It’s extremely comfortable and fits perfectly into the small of my back. I’ve taken it out with me when visiting friends in their gardens (we are still in partial lockdown as I write) and it’s very easy to carry.

Easy to place on the chair. It forces you to sit with a better posture with the upper back not having contact with the chair back. The lower back is well supported and the posture improvement has been great.

This has to be the best lumbar cushion on the market right now. Easily attached to most chairs, use as a support on the sofa and I even used it to relax on the bed (not sleeping with it in place) this is certainly not just for those with back issues. Memory foam centre and a removable cushion so you can wash it properly. The zip is hidden really well and doesn’t affect the use at all. After using for 4 days my back is feeling so much better. Now I just need to get it off my partner as they won’t stop using it. Great price and awesome value for money. After working at home in a cobbled together home office since the first lock down, I had found that I missed my office chair alot, and started to experience lower back pain. I was fortunate to obtain this iamcomfi lumbar support cushion alongside their coccyx cushion and it has made an incredible difference to my comfort. The quality of the products are brilliant and I know they will be a long lasting investment. My comfort levels sitting in my home office has tremendously improved and my posture has improved greatly using the lumbar cushion. I am only 5'1" but it's shape and comfort is ideal for me to sit properly in an easy way. I really recommend this lumbar cushion, as well as their Coccyx cushion, if you're finding your normal office chair just doesn't work for you anymore.

The cushion itself is very good. It's soft but holds its shape so I can lean back comfortably and get the back support I need. It totally transformed how I sit on my office chair. I have less back pain and sit much straighter without having to force it. The straps, however, seem very flimsy. They are quite thin and the buckle to adjust the length is poor quality. So not sure how long this is going to last.

This cushion arrived well packaged and was incredibly easy to fit. It's been in use for a week now and I haven't needed to tighten or readjust the straps. The lumber support cushion immediately adjusted my sitting position, from hunched to a perfectly straight back. I sit at my office chair for around 8hrs a day an am very fidgety due to back pain. Since using this cushion, my back pain has reduced and I no longer fidget in my chair all day. For a little over £20 this cushion represents excellent value for money.

The chiropractor in the you tube says that if you are tall , you will need a thin one … but this is not the point at all . If you have long legs even if you are short , the regular size is far too thick to put you in the correct seating position with your ergonomique chair . I am pushed forward and my knee pains will get worse. Without this , my back and hip are correctly supported by my chair curb . Long leg holders need a thinner version . I am returning this product.

Nice material, comfortable and supportive. Both horizontal and vertical straps allow correct positioning to provide the best comfort and support you need in various types of chair.

It's so comfortable and doesn't move around. The fitting straps are very easy to use and the cushion is good to take out with you. Perfect! I've ordered a 2nd slim one for my car and a thicker one for another specific chair.

Very comfortable lumbar support. The memory foam moulds to the shape of my back and gently eases my upper back into upper curvature of my car seat. Highly recommend!

I was folding a pillow in two and stuffing that behind my back beforehand, so this is a lot easier to use and maintain. It does support parts of my back that I was having some issues with. However, using this is not going to cure your back problems. I'm doing other stretching exercises to alleviate the problem and using this to reduce the risk of flare-ups due to bad posture by sitting at my desk all day. Overall, if used in the right way, it does have some benefits. It is portable too and can also be used in the car.
