I am so happy I got this to try! I’ve been taking the ashwaganda gummies from a different brand, but these drops worked way quicker, and it’s much faster, and smoother to take! Work great for me

I’ve tried several Ashwagandha supplements, but these drops are a game changer. Within days, I noticed a real difference in my stress levels, sleep quality, and overall mood. The liquid formula absorbs quickly, and the earthy flavor is subtle nothing overwhelming.

I paired this with Holy basil and passion flower. The combination really calmed my anxiety! It actually tastes pleasant also.

I have tried several other ashwagandha supplements - tinctures, capsules, etc. This one I really know is working! I just put 4 drops in a small glass of water before bedtime, and enjoy a full night's sleep. One interesting, but good side effect - I have very vivid dreams that I can actually remember when I wake up! My doctor said that means I'm getting good, deep sleep. Good stuff!

I cannot get past the nasty taste of this product. It seemed to work about the same as the capsules I was using. I went back to the capsules.
