NYX Cosmetics Hot Singles Eye Shadow Naked Truth

NYX Naked Truth. I wanted a matte shadow that was nude on me. I am very fair with cool skin tone. I picked this based on the color as pictured and the most helpful review written by DLS Jones. I agree completely, this formula is a creamy powder with good color payoff and no chalkiness. The shade is perfect for me as it is for Ms. Jones. That is a matter of one's coloring. However, I am writing this review because there are only 4 others. I just bought 3 of these NYX Hot Singles shadows and am so pleased with them! It is frustrating to keep buying new shadows only to find them chalky, low pigment, flakey, difficult to blend or they wipe off when blending.There are so many shades is this line and I have found the colors true to the pictures. This NYX line of Hot Singles has many colors. If you find the shade you want I believe you will be happy with it.

Love these NYX singles! I am older and really don't need any shimmer on my eyes except perhaps a bit just below my brow. I recently read an article that essentially said women over 50 should use natural nudes instead of a darker eyeshadow especially for daytime as you don't want attention drawn to all those fine lines. I use this with either a pencil (smudged) or a deep shadow as a liner. I love that my eyes look good without looking "made up".

Love this eyeshadow .. it is a perfect nude that looks great no matter how tan or pale my skin is. I apply it under my eyebrows for an even glowing enhancement and I apply a statement shadow on my eyelids. Love it!
