i2 GearUSB Reading Lamp with 28 Bright LED Lights for Laptop, Keyboard, Computer (Black)

I've been using this light for about a year. I really like the wide illumination area. It lights up the whole keyboard. To keep it from wobbling around while I'm typing, I put a piece of double sided tape over the camera lens (I normally cover it with tape anyway), and then just press the side of the light into the tape. It stays put and doesn't wobble. While also being easy to remove, store, and re-install when I'm traveling with my laptop.When I first started using it, it was very bright and all LEDs were lit and bright. After a year of using it several hours a day everyday (and sometimes forgetting to turn it off for a day or two), seven LEDs have stopped working, and another seven are very dim and on their way out. There is still enough light to use the keyboard in darkness. but it's fast approaching the point where it can't be used ... So, I like this light so much, and the price is so nice, that that I purchased another one . ... I can definitely recommend this product.

I code and build digital properties so I am always on a device. My main laptop is back lit but I purchased another laptop last night that is not back lit. I bought this lamp to work with the new laptop and tried it on my HP Pavilion. I am so pleased. The price was great and the lighting superb. Never even knew these existed.

When I first got this I thought perfect. It is exactly as advertised. It provided a great deal of light and I found it very useful Truly a great value. However over time my opinion changed. The weight of the lamp has bent the male portion of the USB port (SEE PIC). Normally I would have kept this plugged in over all the time. Now I unplug it and put it to the side & only use it occasionally as I expect to find it broken one day. It's too bad I can't use it as intended. This would be perfect if only the USB port was strengthened.

For real. It is bright it's movable in any position you want. It does exactly what it supposed to do and it has an on off switch which a lot of them do not. I am in pitch black when I'm working at night on my laptop and I can see like it's the daytime in my office. Quick sidebar. The company reached out to me just to make sure that I got my product and make sure nothing was OK. Did I tell you and I only spent nine dollars? What company reaches out for nine bucks? Buy from these guys. That's in pitch black.

I was in the market for a simple, small, but BRIGHT, gooseneck lamp for my home studio equipment rack. I could have bought the typical power conditioner lamp, but it's too dim.I searched, and searched...And finally came across this.I just got it today, and all I have to say is it's exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size, and brightness, so I can see what I'm doing.Let's see how long it lasts. But so far so good :)I highly recommend it.

5 months after purchasing this light it has faded to the point that you can barely read the keyboard under it. I purchased 3 of these lights and 2 of them run 24 x 7 and they are faded. The third light that is barely turned on is still as bright as when it was first Purchased. They will dim over time.

As other low start reviews stated, it doesn't quite fit in my USB port and feels, looks very cheap. It was my bad for not checking the measurements of the device itself. It's actually very bulky looking and unattractive. I would return but threw away the box it came in. :-/Not worth the purchase price, even on discount.

An excellent source of hi intensity light with very flexible yet sturdy goose neck support. The reason I took 1 star off was because the weight of the lamp area itself puts stress on the USB port I used to connect the lamp plugin on my desktop front USB which would have raised it higher over my desk and used the USB port that sits near my key board and therefore will lean more on my table much. The USB really is just plastic and since it was not a firm fit aside the matter, I feared one day to hear my front port USB snap from the unequal weight distribution. Other then that its very bright without being blind.

Hace unos dias comenzaron las fallas eléctricas y me quedaba sin luz, compre esta lampara y pude seguir trabajando con mi lap a pesar que no tenia energía eléctrica pero esta lampara la conecte a una pila recargable y me dio sufiente luz para trabajar y ademas como lampara de emergenciaLa recomiendo ampliamente

Die Helligkeit ist prima, die Farbtemperatur kühl, was mich am Schreibtisch nicht stört.Ein Ärgernis sind die Funktionalität des Schwanenhalses sowie die Passform des USB-Steckers: beides hält das Gewicht des LED-Leuchtkörpers nicht, der Schwanenhals gibt direkt wieder nach.Behelfen konnte ich mir schließlich, indem ich den Schwanenhals etwa auf halber Länger zwischen Wand und Möbelstück geklemmt und den USB-Stecker etwas zurechtgebogen habe. Da diese Leuchte bei mir stationär an einem USB-Hub zum Einsatz kommt, kann ich mit dieser Lösung leben, für den mobilen Einsatz ist die Leuchte m.E. aber nur sehr eingeschränkt tauglich.
