Making the cannoli dough is the hard bit, but once wrapped around these they are easy to fry and make cannoli ready for stuffing.

Razor sharp
Perfect for Cannoli but beware these are razor sharp on the edges. My daughter sliced her finger whilst making cannoli for her GCSE and ended up in A&E with stitches in her finger.
