I bought for use to stop night time leg/foot cramps. The ability to strap directly on cramp spot is a plus from foot to thigh. Have found that heat stops cramps almost instantaneously. Having tried every other remedy from pickle juice to yellow mustard, red hots, spicy salsa, not to mention every cramp medication, nothing beats heat. These do get HOT - recommend no more than one minute in a 1000 watt microwave. YMMV

Have been using the heating wraps for my arm. Has been a great help and the heat lasts for sometime before you have to re-heat. Fits good around my arm.

Helped with my pain using it as cold therapy. It would help if the design had some sort of hook so that it doesn't loosen up when I try to wrap around my arm using the velcro. I can't tighten it enough unless I ask someone else to help me.

Easy, simple, good heat for a good amount of time. Yeah it smells like cabbage a little bit; it's filled with grains. Reading is essential but it's not that terrible considering how comfortable and relieving it is. If you got arthritis, this helps.
