The design and function of this solar light are exactly what I was looking for. Our flag pole is about 12 feet tall and is located at the lower end of our property, where there is no electricity, next to a shared private road. This light has a built-in full oblique shielding, which complies with our local lighting ordinance. The light is bright and illuminates only a circle of about ten feet in diameter, not lighting up other properties at all. Most importantly, of course, is that it illuminates our flag so respectfully, near a throughway used by our neighbors.

I haven’t had it long, however it appears to be working very well ,,,however, buyers need to understand this light is not as bright as some of the others out there,,,It’s a little dimmer than what I had before. That being said it does illuminate the flag adequately. It’s just not as bright as what we’re used to But again it does work very good so far.

This solar light is amazing! We put it up four years ago and I did not expect it to last this long through our hot summers and freezing winters. But we’ve never had to adjust it or anything. Works great!

This is really great light,it's not so bright that anyone would complain about for it being to bright,it gives your flag or flags a nice glow to them so that they can be seen and admired by all who look at it and the flag/flags,I'm saying flag or flags because you can put either one flag on the pole or you can put 2 on it,the pole I got lets you put 2 flags on it,of course my first flag is my American flag,but my 2nd flag is my Marine Corps flag,since I am a Proud Former Marine!!!!!"Semper Fi". It was very EASY to install onto the pole,but I only gave it 4 stars,because instead of the 20 LED lights that are suppose to shine,I only have 19 that will shine,one of the lights must of had a short or something affecting it,but even with only 19 LED's that shine,it glows on my flags very well,right now with the weather being Winter,and you don't have a lot of sunlight,or very bright,I keep my lights charged with a charger I have for the batteries,but when the sun does shine,and they get fully charged from the sun,the light is Super. This is a very impressive light for your flag/flags to have and own,that show's your PRIDE for your FLAG/FLAG'S while they are flying PROUD!!!! for all to see!!!!!!!

I took out the 3 AA rechargeable batteries and charged them on my Panasonic charger for 3 days. When I got them my charge device showed they had zero power. (RED) After charging for 3 days, charger finally showed green lights on all 3 batteries and man alive are they bright. They last all night long and really show the flag. I have it on top of a 25' flag pole and I'm very happy with it. Very easy to install and it looks great at night.

Bought one 8 years ago...worked with no problem...time to replace

Loving it, works great

Only had it three days put it up. It seems like a very good value. Not as bright as in the pictures but sufficient. In the picture, it looks brighter than in reality. Time will tell.
