I am VERY happy with these bamboo stakes, AND with the packaging of the shipment. I purchased the 5 ft stakes and they came in a large protective box, sealed and wrapped inside, which made me so thrilled, as they arrived safe and sound, and not broken, so thank you so much Seller! I love the slender size of the stakes , with just the right thickness for good solid support, and they blend right in with my plants, making them hardly noticeable. I have a long flower bed of Canna Lilies, that are over 5 ft in height. The intense rains from the Hurricane aftermath bent some of them down recently, so I needed these to stake them. These stakes are perfect for holding up my tall plants. They are stronger than I expected and do not bend or break from heavy loads. There is just enough texture to the stakes that my ties do not slip down.

I use it for plants and it’s been going great! The green ones you get at retail stores will crack and splinter after a few years (ours did after about 2 on our balcony with limited direct sunlight). So bamboo is the way to go for us :). The 5ft ones are thinner but still strong, this bundle would be cheaper than buying the green plastic ones and it supports for plants very well. (May have to get taller ones next year, our tomatoes grew taller than the sticks! 😆

These stakes vary a little in thickness and strength, but in a way that's positive. Second season using them. Light and strong. Easy to break in two for shorter stakes - use hand pruners to cut through, or weaken the breaking point, then snap. Can use thicker ones for staking tomatoes (I surround tomatoes with cylinders of chicken wire to keep out squirrels and support with bamboo stakes), thinner ones (easier to break without rough ends) for ends of planting rows, protecting young plants, marking dog poop and places where you've been killing off weeds, etc. Could be cheaper but why take a chance?

These bamboo stakes are super sturdy and great quality. Plus they look great in my garden! I love that I can resuse them. The value and usefulness of these is spot on.

Very sturdy

I purchased these to use in the garden to construct 'cages' for various plants including peonies. But I've since used them to circle a small garden area, stringing twine around to keep remind a visiting dog not to run through it! I also used a few to build tee-pee like supports to use under netting (to protect growing strawberry plants. Great addition to my garden tools and I'm sure I will be reusing these for years!
