Initially came upon this while looking for the "unbreakable" glasses and my interest was further piqued by the silicone burger mold / press. We have a toddler who is getting to grips with using regular glasses and a friend recommended some silicone cups something which I was previously completely oblivious to! While it might seem weird at first, once you get them out of the box you see how thick and strong the cups are. Yes, they are flexible and can be contorted, squished, etc. but the silicone is surprisingly thick and no matter the abuse they will pop right back to shape. The bottoms are also flattened out so they do a pretty good job of staying upright. I've yet to use the burger mold (need more propane for the grill first!) but my initial impression is strong. Depending on how you like your burgers (size wise) I could see that being one limitation but if you are okay with the size it will let you get nicely formed and uniform patties making you look a little more consistent to all the judges (i.e. friends and family) you happen to be cooking for!Product was purchased with my own funds but the seller did provide a promotional discount in exchange for agreeing to share my opinion and thoughts on the product.
