It's only our second hose purchased in about 20 years. But this was worth waiting for. It's so much better than the reels. Yes it's more expensive. But how many do you buy ?Simple to fit to the wall. Just a tiny screw to remove the back plate. Fix the plate to the wall, then lift the hose rail back on.Rewinding of the hose is a slight tug forward, then it smoothly and evenly rewind's back into the case.Very strong and well made product.When using you can pull of the spray attachment and the water is stopped. Great little bonus 👍👍👍

I was fed up of tangling leaky hoses that turned a simple task into a chore - this albeit expensive option is perfect - the locking mechanism and recoil is an example of excellent engineering.I feel that this should last many years it just feels so durable, in fact I bought a second 20 meter version for the from of the cottage.Fitting is easy, I would suggest making a template and giving it some height to allow for use over longer distances - throughly recommended.

I mean, this a game changer. The auto-rewind function is solid. I pulled the hose out all the way (30 metres) and the self-rewind was flawless. Doesn't buckle. Doesn't stop. Really smooth. My only disappointment is that for such a premium quality item, it should come with the better spray nozzle 'gun' attachment that Gardena sell. All the same, nice knowing it has 5 year warranty. The price has recently gone up from £160(ish) to £190(ish) ... Not sure it's worth that extra.

I was tired of Hozelock lack of reliability. So, I have switched for this Gardena, and I am happy with the quality so far. Hopefully, it will last many years without issues. The wall bracket is very sturdy.

My husband is over the moon with this hose. Its ability to swing 180 degrees when affixed to the wall is really handy and the auto rewind function is genius. Even I can appreciate the convenience of this after using our old manual wind up hose & stand!The price is a bit hefty, but once you have one of these you’ll never go back to the manual style.

Worth the price..

Always used to buy Hozelock products but they always failed. Came across this, read the reviews and decided to take a punt. So pleased with this. Easy to install. Easy to use. Looks smart. Highly recommend.

My dog always chewed up every hose I bought, I hate winding them up and always seeing a hose laying around this solved my problems. It even winds it self up, love it. I bought another one for my front yard. Very easy to use.

So far this is good we just got it so cant speak to durability.like the fact the body swivels.

La qualité semble être au rendez-vous. Il a l’air bien solide et la fixation au mur est parfaite. Le tuyaux se range bien. Seule petite remarque: la longueur du tuyaux pour le brancher au robinet pourrait faire un bon mètre de plus quitte à devoir le couper pour l’adapter! Vaut mieux trop long que trop court :) j’ai été obligé de mettre une rallonge pour un mètre manquant!

La segunda que compro. Calidad ante todo, muy practico. Es perfecto
