Impressive Quality and Performance – Highly Recommended
All I can say is, wow — this is truly one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. After dealing with some disappointing window tints from another seller, this product was a breath of fresh air. The quality is excellent, and the difference was immediate.I live in a high-rise on the sunny side, and my unit often felt like a greenhouse. As soon as I installed these tints, the heat was reduced by what felt like 90%. They also provide an impressive level of privacy, which is a huge bonus.I chose the brown tint and couldn’t be happier with my decision. During the day, it gives off a soft, sunset-like glow, and at night, it transitions into a unique dark rose-pink/brown tone that adds character to the space. They’re easy to install, with the perfect thickness — not too thick and not too thin.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend these window tints to anyone looking for an effective, stylish solution to heat and privacy issues.

Blocks heat and provides privacy during day
Used this film on our sliding glass doors where the sun beats in all day. Super easy to apply and we actually have noticed a difference. Our house stays much cooler now, and we’ve been able to keep the thermostat at 70–72 instead of it down to 66–68. Great product that does exactly as it says. Also applied to a bedroom window and bathroom window that get direct sunlight. Doesn't look tacky. Sticks well when spraying both the window and the film with soapy water. Bought a cheap squeegee at the dollar store to help. Was able to apply on my own but would be easier with 2 people. Took me about 5 min per window including measuring, cutting, and applying.

Easy install, blocks light well, gives privacy
Easy to install. Only issue was getting the perfect edge cut. Noticeable difference in light getting through. When completed project it didn’t look as well as I had hoped. Came back a day later and the small bubbles settled out and it looked much better. Definitely reduces visibility into the home.

Instant Privacy & So Easy to Install – Love It!
I am SO thrilled with this HIDBEA Frosted Window Privacy Film! I needed a solution for a window that gets a bit too much direct sun and also wanted some extra privacy without losing all the natural light. This film delivered on all fronts, and I’m genuinely impressed by how easy it was to put up.Seriously, the 'non-adhesive static cling' part is no joke. I was a little worried it would be a fiddly nightmare, but it was surprisingly straightforward. Just clean the window, spray it with some soapy water, peel the backing off the film, and smooth it on. I used a squeegee to get the bubbles out, and voilà – instant frosted glass effect! The 23.6 x 157.5-inch roll was more than enough for my project, with some left over. The level of privacy is perfect; it blurs everything out but still lets in a lovely, diffused light, which has made the room feel so much more comfortable. I've also noticed the room doesn't get quite as hot in the afternoon, so the UV blocking and heat control seem to be doing their job too. If you're looking for an affordable, effective, and easy way to upgrade your windows, I can't recommend this stuff enough!

No thermal protection.
This product was as advertised. Installation was forgiving. Material is thin, take care not to scratch. If you want this product for thermal protection, this is not for you. After installation, glass temperature actually was 10 degrees hoter than before. It is coming off.

Perfect for Letting Light in but Not Nosey Neighbors
Update since I wrote this review: I have had these up for several months now, no issues what so ever. I live in Houston where our windows sometimes sweat, I've had no issues with this film staying on. I can leave my blinds open all day and when I go to bed I just close them. No one can see in but I close them in case someone gets right up to the window and peeks into a crack where I might not have cut the size perfectly. I know a few others have said theirs hasn't stayed on the window. I did clean my windows pretty hastily, but did clean them before putting my film up. Hope this helps.First Review: I just put this up today in one of my windows. I have no idea if it will stay put so check other reviews for that. What I know - it is absolutely what I wanted. It lets so much light in but doesn't show in or out. If I was close to the window, it might show an image but I'd have to be really close. It's plain, mostly opaque, and went up easily. Here are my tips: I didn't have everything to complete the job so I used my pancake spatula instead of a squeegee, I didn't have a box cutter so I made a template ahead of time and used that to trace and cut the exact size I needed. I didn't have a spray bottle so I had a small bottle from Bath and Body Works w a small amount of fragrance left - poured that elsewhere and used that small spray bottle. So, the biggest challenge I had was trying to pull the backing off, it took me a long time with each. When I do the other window, I will peel, then use my template, and I will make sure to leave something small between the backing and the window film (a sticky?) so I don't take five minutes each time trying to separate the back from the film. Hope this helps. I love open windows - live in a downstairs apartment, I will be able to raise the blinds all the way up and no one will be able to see in but I'll have the light!

A good product and here are a few tips
Just follow the installation instructions. And here are a few tips that I’ve learned along the way, which makes things look very professional.1. Make sure you use a lot of water so that you could slide the film around on the window for perfect positioning.2. When trimming along the edges, it is best to use a 4 inch steel putty knife to push the film into its deepest area/edge and hold it while you drag your razor blade along the 4 inch steel blade as a guide. Then move to the next 4 inch section and do the same.3. When you come to a corner, you lose mobility, so do the best you can. The smaller or more mobile the razor the closer to the corner you can get.4. I have no tricks when trimming against non-straight or circular edges. Just do the best you can.
