Icebug Women's DTS2 BUGrip Studded Traction Running Shoe

I live in Alaska where there is snow on the ground for probably 6 months out of the year. I wanted to be able to run outside with out worrying about my slip-on ice studs falling off. They were really comfortable and made me feel way more sure of my footing than anything else I'd worn. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone running in inclement conditions.

Best winter shoe. This is my second pair of ice bugs. First pair lasted 3 Alaskan winters of running and hiking hundreds of miles. This pair is a bit stronger/ stiffer so I expect them to last as long. I'll never buy a different winter running/ hiking shoe brand.

I love these! Our road can get very icy and snow covered. Prior to walking in these shoes, I feared falling and came back from walk more stressed than before I started! I feel very confident when wearing these shoes...can walk my normal quick pace! They are comfortable and seem just fine relative to warmth...although I typically don't have cold feet when walking even in very cold temps. Definitely would recommend when walking/running in the winter on frozen or snowy surfaces.

Absolutely a must-have for winter in Western Montana. Excellent materials, first-rate construction, built to last and very comfortable. I wish I had these for the last 21 years! I highly recommend these shoes.

Great grip and keeps my feet warm and dry. The only downsides are that the design is very rigid, with little flexibility in the shoe itself, and the design of the tongue, which creates some extra fabric on top of your foot that doesn't always lay flat or flush. It takes some adjusting to get the tongue just right so it lays flat and doesn't grind into the top of my foot.

Cute but run wayyyyy small and tight. Had to return. I'm a pretty solid 7.5 and could barely get them on my feet.

I have only tried them out today but just love them! I live on a very snowy back road and wanted to keep running outdoors in the winter as much as I could. So I went on a search for a hardcore winter running shoe. I found it! If you're looking for a running shoe that works for Ice and snow etc this is it. I could run as fast as I wanted where with other shoes I would be slipping and losing my footing. I did not want to end up injuring myself and not being able to run at all.One thing I would warn about is the sizing is small. I am usually a 6.5/7 and ordered a 7.5. It just fits and if I weren't wanting to start my running outside already I would have sent it back for a size 8. Order a full size larger and it'll be perfect!I definitely recommend these shoes for anyone wanting to continue their outdoor running practice in the winter ice and snow.

This is a kind of shoes that requires getting used to. It's like walking with nails underneath your shoes, it needs time to get used to.I am reserving my opinion till I have more time to use them.

Life savers. I had surgery and could not afford to fall during my winter walks. There was no chance of slipping or falling with these on.

These are really comfortable running shoes. The none slip on the bottom makes the run more pleasurable. So happy with this purchase!

Great shoes for winter running or walking. I bought the 1/2 size larger, only because 5.5 is the smallest size available, however, the extra 1/2 size is perfect.
