I love to use this product after I have dried my hair. It takes away the frizziness from drying and any flyaways. I recommend only using a little and increasing as needed. My hair is thin and shoulder length and I use an amount about the size of a nickel to a quarter in the palm of my hand. I then rub my hands together and apply the product to my hair, being sure to get the ends. I have been using this product for about three years.
