On its own, it’s a good bumpy rock, but sort of rough, unlike a river rock.

I was surprised how realistic this thing looks. I'm not sure it would fool an experienced burglar, but I'm using it as a geocache, and it works great for that.

As expected, does the job. Nice that a plastic bag for a key is included.

Good size. Looks like a lava rock. I think the “waterproof “ aspect is a small plastic bag to put the key in. Will work well for what we want.

This was a perfect way to hide our spare key. It’s as real as the manufacturer can make it honestly. It blends in very well with our other rocks and we’ve had to use it once since buying this!

Easy to use and is hard to identify in the rock area. Inside protects the keys so no pocket of water when you pen it.

Not the best quality. The back is hard to get back on. I feel a good rain would probably sweep the rock away while losing the key because the back won’t close
