I swear by these patches I use them when I go to the dentist and calms me and I play my music

My teenage son has anxiety and these seem to work really well for him. I've reordered 3 times already and now have a subscription set up. He was so anxious he couldn't eat before and these have helped tremendously.

Works in under 30 mins. Stays on all day if you clean patch of skin with alcohol first. Will continue to buy.

I like the fact that they're made in the US they are kind of pricey for the amount that you get. I think it's only 8. It seemed to help I was glad it was a different color because all these patches have a tendency to fall off actually this one did not it adhered very well. I had it on for about 20 hours and it kind of stained my arm which is not a big deal I can probably wash it off.

Left me with Rashes all on my arms where it was placed. would not recommend.

I’ve dealt with some lingering health issues since having a virus a few years ago, and ever since then my system becomes overwhelmed and overstimulated very easily. Not sure if they actually do anything. I’ll have to try to remember to put one on when I’m anxious or stressed to see. But as others have said, the residue is a bit hard to scrub off.
