Again a 10% variance in outer diameter. Instead of 5mm OD, both rods are lesser OD, one is 4.6 and one is 4.7. Makes a difference when trying to fit good quality precise 5mm ID ball bearings cos the rods are not snug fits and are not supported properly. The variance causes skewed rotation that long term damages both the rod and the ball bearnings.
