No time to test just yet. I will follow up with an honest review after field test later.
First one shipped was damaged in shipping, but amazon quickly replaced. Just out of the package it feels great tho I have not had it out in the field yet (sturdy, strong and very lightweight! The twist locks have what I guess are gaskets or rubber orings to prevent water from getting inside but the one I have the top ring just rolls up and down the section where as the rest stay in place (if there are others) I have heard the o rings come break away when loosenin the twist locks to far, but mine was like this when it arrived. If you will be shootin with a lens any bigger than probably 5 lbs you will need to tighten up the 2 screws (1 screw, 1 nut) that provides tension for the top slider section controlled by the flip lock. My rig weighs right at 12lbs so I had to tighten these to ensure no slip. Comes with a fairy nice carry case (I feel like they should have stiched a pocket on the outside to provide a place to put the wrenches needed for adjustments because the plastic wrench holder provided that clips to the top section is cheap and only 1 wrench actually fits in it snug enough it wouldn't be lost) with a carry string that also has a keeper on it to cinch down the openin. No real concerns as far as it not bein a quality made monopod, but again I have not got it out in the field and worked with it yet so I will update once I have. Scott Keys gives a pretty in depth review on it on youtube (tho he has not used it in field yet either he convinced me to check this monopod out. I will say that it is tall! I don't even have to extend the lower section (the smallest of sections) and only have to bring up the top slider maybe 6 inches to get to eye level and I'm 6 ft. Seller got it shipped quickly upon order and arrived as described. I used a piece of pipe insulation and wrapped in camo tape at the top just because I spend a lot of time with it over my shoulder. It has a nice padding there already

Light, Solid, Compact Size
This monopod is very solid I use it with big Canon glass. The twist locks secure easily and do not slip - no death twist required. The one quick-lock lever also works easily and can be adjusted for tightness with the included tool. The monopod thread at the top is a 3/8" or 1/4" spring-loaded design like most Manfrotto monopods. No tools are required to switch between them.My primary purpose for getting this particular monopod is the compact size closed. It will fit inside a Pelican Air 1535 carry-on case.A well-made storage bag is also included. This is a tall monopod and would work for those even over 6' tall.

Good upgrade from an aluminum one!
Definitely more comfortable and light than the aluminum one that I've upgraded from. Longer than my need. The top part is flip-lock so is very adjustable if you need minute change. One of the YouTubers commented that the flip-lock slipped when he hangs on it to test. But that's easy to adjust by the two bolts on the lock itself. Overall definitely nice to use when tripod is not allowed.

Effective Monopad at a great price
I was considering a Gitzo at 3X the cost, but decided to Benro Supra would be a perfect fit. I use it for heavy glass without concerns. I love a quick clip height adjuster which is great for my style of shooting. Folds down into a small 15" height.

excellent customer service
I had a problem with missing parts but Video Camera Center was quick to respond and got the replacement out the next day after notification. I will continue to do business with VCC and can recommend you do to!

Well made
I actually returned bc I don't need it due to my new lens providing far better stabilization than I had expected. But it is very well made! $150 might seem like a lot if you're just a hobbyist like me, but once you inspect it, it actually seems like a real value. Very smooth, solid, light.

Used Item sold as new
Appeared to be new in box, upon unpacking it was clear the item had been unpacked, dropped and repacked as new. One star for crappy company. The device itself is great and after calling Benro, they explained just because it says company store, it does not mean the Amazon store is from them. They sent me a new part imediately. Great service, Great product, Bad store

"SupaDupa" Monopod , Yes !!! very well thought of name , very well built !!!!
Very well made , sturdy , very light . The rating for load capacity is higher than any monopod I'V read about at 88lbs . I watched a couple pro photographers reviews on you tube for this SupaDupa monopod and rated it high end , but haven't had it in the field yet. Myself included , I have mounted a side mount Wimberley gimbal head and my camera with my 600mm f4 lens to this SupaDupa and just getting used to it in the house and I'm really liking how sturdy and stable it is .Another great feature when you have the legs extended , mount your lens , then you'll notice the top section of the monopod has a latch if you open that latch you can extend the top section taller and if you push with some downward force after securing the latch if it moves or slips , they provide a tool to tighten the latch so it don't slip , mine was fine with no adjustment . With that top section extended , I found I had no need to extend the very bottom section of the monopod witch is the narrowest of the legs , but believe me still strong section . You can remove , unscrew the rubber foot and replace with the spike provided , if you prefer The price point for the quality of this product if very good . Hope this helps anyone looking for a strong light monopod ...

Best aid to photographing with a long lens.
I have been doing photography as a hobby for most of my life. Often more at times then others. I have had times where I didn’t do any photography for a few years. Since my kids have grown and left home I have done quite a bit more and finally got a longer lens for wildlife and bird photography.(Tamron 150-600 f/5-6.3 VC USD G2) I never owned a lens of this focal range or weight before. I very recently turned 70 which is why I purchased this Benro Monopod. I needed something to help me support the lens for period of longer shooting. This is a fantastic monopod as it is light to carry, is Arca Swiss and the head allows me a lot of freedom of movement when required. I have had cheaper monopods in the past and this one shows what I was missing with those. Everything just works right for me. From the single flip lock that allows easy length change when manipulating a large lens to the easy to carry weight.. The monopod is very strong and would easily hold a larger rig then mine.Yes it isn’t cheap but I learned years ago that cheap just means you either buy more often to upgrade or you just don’t use cheap equipment. As a hobbyist I am frugal but sometimes a little more spent is still being frugal when what you get works right and well. This is the case here. Read online reviews for information but I can say that at the end of the day you won’t likely find a better monopod then this. Highly recommended.

Disappointing
It looks well made and is very strong so no worries about weight of equipment. The rotating plate at the top where the wrist strap is attached is metal so won't be breaking, the wrist strap is strong too. The click lock on the top section is brilliant, easy to use and makes final adjustments so much faster. The rotating base is a nice feature. It's light and folds down to a compact size and I'll never need to use the bottom section. This would seem to merit five stars but the twist locks are dreadful, I have a few old tripods and these are the worst. Two operate as they should, a small twist to lock and unlock, the other two need a couple of wrist movements and a further one to tighten which requires a fair bit of effort which makes for sore hands. One of them needs to be undone so the sealing ring is exposed before the leg moves freely which I suspect before long will lead to sealing ring failure. I'll keep it but not sure I'd give it a recommendation though if you got a good one it would be brilliant just let down by inconsistency of manufacture.
