There's a bit to say about these so I'll start with the positives. These shorts are so incredibly comfortable. They're so soft and they're not restricting at all. They also stretch really nicely, so even though they appear kinda small, they're very stretchy and were able to fit over my thighs and belly perfectly. I got the tan ones, so I can wear them under a white skirt, and they're perfect. They're a really nice slip that doesn't go all the way down to my knees and makes me look not stupid. Although, there were a few things that can make this a lil eh. They're super see-through. I'm not sure how they are with other colours, but the tan ones are super transparent and I will have to wear similar-coloured underwear with it. And while it's very form-fitting, they're not slimming or seamless at all. They kinda just act like tights. They cut into my stomach and add a weird indent. However, as long as I don't wear them under a tight outfit, they won't be noticeable.

I wear a lot of slim fit clothes daily. These are my go to daily for a pulled together look. The only complaint is that in the thighs, they do creep up a little, but I haven’t found a pair as light of weight as these that do not. There are heavier ones that do not ride or roll up as much but those are uncomfortable, heavy and hot,

I really, really wanted this to work. I chose this over spanx because it has a shorter inseam than they make. I dance tango and have skirts that have a slit that tends to go higher than the leg length of spanx. Yet, I still need some inseam. spanx boy short is too short. So I was very excited to find these. It is very soft ( unlike a lot of shape wear),fits nicely, and the wide bands on the legs and waist are comfortable, helping prevent bulging and "panty lines". However, if I move around the legs hike up or bunch up to the crotch. I would spend a lot of time pulling them down back into place. I think if they had a XS, the legs would be tighter and would not roll up. For reference, I am 5'7", 125lbs with 27" waist and 37" hip. As I said , this fit comfortably, but perhaps if the legs were a little tighter, it would not bunch up on me. Unfortunately, without a smaller size, I cannot test my theory.

This shaper shorts are very comfortable - super soft and stretchy. When it comes to clothing faux pas, there’s nothing I hate more than visible panty lines, so I’ve been on the hunt for a solution when wearing form fitting dresses. I ended up returning these because the bottom edges that go around my thighs are pretty thick, so if I wear these with a bodycon dress, you’ll be able to see the lines where they end on my thighs. If you plan to wear these with looser fitting or thicker fabrics then they would work well for that.

I love these for under short skirts and dresses. Not very seamless under tighter clothing obviously but short enough that my bum is covered and totally invisible under flowier dresses and skirts

I have never purchased shapewear, and I really don't need it for 99% of the clothes I wear. However, I have dress I will wear soon that makes me feel like my bit of mom pooch is more obvious. I was hoping these shapewear shorts would smooth it out a bit.The shorts have no tummy control, and the waist band rolled down as soon as I moved. Perhaps it was just too big? But I order based upon the chart/other reviews.

Not tummy controlling at all but comfy! Also, I didn’t like that it’s see through :(

I got these for my daughter to wear under her form fitting wedding dress so she would not have any panty lines and they did the trick. Her wedding dress was a size 0 (I just want you to understand that these were not purchased to slim/restrict her waist) but a bit sheer. You could not see any lines and she said these were very comfortable to wear for 8+ hours.
