Absolute miracle worker for my baby’s diaper rash!!! I just had my third baby, and just like his older siblings did as babies, he got terrible diaper rash within days after birth! The awful, painful, blistering rash from going poo constantly! I could change him 20 times a day, but when each diaper has just a little poop, it’s just enough to eat at that tender baby bottom. Within a week his poor bottom looked raw and painful! By week two or three I’d tried so many ointments and remedies, and nothing had helped. Subconsciously, I knew the ointments and remedies wouldn’t work, because I had hopelessly tried them ALL with my other two kids when they were babies.Things I have tried throughout different babies:-Every. Single. Diaper rash cream or ointment available (from Desitin to A&D to Super Duper Diaper Do to Butt Paste to Burt’s Bees, and everything in between).-Pau De Arco lotion-Hypochlorous Acid Wound treatment-Bag Balm-Calmoseptine ointment-Powders-And even colloidal silver (I now don’t recommend this even as a “try”)-Prescription ointments-Altered my diet to exclude dairy and glutenProbably others too, but I’m just giving perspective on my attempts at healing my babies bottoms. I changed diapers constantly, tried different brands of diapers and wipes, and let their bottoms “air out” as often as I could. My first two just had to outgrow it... It was awful!Well, fast forward to baby three, and the dread that he would have to go through that too... After two or three weeks of it, and already feeling hopeless about it, I got a recommendation from a friend. This family friend had had an ostomy surgery, and said that this stoma powder had been a MUST for her comfort. She gave us an extra bottle, and I started using just a little on his bottom every diaper change. Within TWO DAYS my baby’s terrible rash blistered bottom was healed!!!! I’ve used this product every diaper change for the last six weeks, as a preventative, and we’ve not had any more rash problems!! My baby went from painful screams during diaper changes to now literally being able to sleep through some of them. No joke.Details:-Priced great-Three simple ingredients-It doesn’t take much at all-Goes on in a very direct manner, so you don’t have to worry about the inhalation of the powder-Great value because it works and lasts a long time-It basically creates a secondary skin, and is somewhat difficult to just wipe off. I sometimes put an ointment or spray on it when I’m cleaning it off to help it soften for removal. Then I reapply fresh stoma powder.-Because it has gelatin, it groups up kind of weird in dirty diapers. Just a funny side note, so that you’re aware (no, your baby is not pooping jello textured poo 😉).-This treated the raw skin kind of diaper rash that my baby had from going to the bathroom constantly. My baby did not have a fungal type diaper rash.I hope this information is helpful! This stoma powder sure has made my baby’s life happier, and therefore mine too! I only wish I’d found out about it sooner with my other babies!

It’s an excellent powder product to protect the area around the stoma following having the colostomy. Prevents blistering and reddening around your stoma.

It's used as a barrier cream for my boyfriend's feeding tube. It seems to work pretty good.

Using this product with a No Sting Barrier Film Spray to protect my daughters bottom. She inherited an open diaper rash from her stay in the NICU after being born. The combination of spray and powder is the only thing that has finally closed her open sores.

Adapt powder works as it supposes to. Could not get by without it.
