Love it it organized my things

Let me start by saying this product does the job. My spices have home, are easily displayed and are organized. My only quirk is it does not lock into position so if ravaging through drawer or looking to quickly put something away i find that the racks slides or shifts and i end up adjusting it. Not a major draw back but is noisy and could eventually become annoying. I may look into a non-slip liner to put in drawer. See pictures.

I love how this shelf is adjustable to the drawer size. It works great for all my spices. I was disappointed with the company’s customer service. They said to reach out if the acrylic was broken. Part of one shelf was broken, so I reached out. But I never got a response and ended up reaching out to Amazon’s amazing customer service. The lack of response is what stops me from 5 stars.

Do not be fooled. This is not a “system” it is just a set of random plastic pieces that you lay on top of each other. There is no installation. They do not connect to each other and they do not stay in place. In order for these to be functional, without separating and moving around in the drawer, one would have to tape / glue them together. If you bump the plastic while laying a jar down, the whole “set” moves in on itself and you have to straighten it out again. There are no grooves for pieces to slide into, no snaps, no rails, no screws, NOTHING…just plastic laying on top of each other…Literally. The funniest part is that it says it’s expandable…well yeah…lay the pieces closer together or farther apart….it’s the same as saying 2 pieces of paper laying on top of each other are expandable and adjustable.

These are nice shelves, BUT. The biggest issue is that if you have "larger" spice bottles, the rack raises them too high, at least for my drawer. I ended up having to put those sideways, which is OK but not elegant. So check the height of your drawer (inside height) vs your biggest spice bottle. The second issue is that they are made entirely of slippery plastic. So when they are placed in the drawer they can slide around front to back. I ended up having to put some heavy tape in an L shape against the backs of each row to the bottom to keep them from moving around. A heavier metal rack would have prevented this, or maybe a rubberized coating. Lastly, the right angle bend in each shelf is not very strong. I can't tell whether these are glued at a right angle or extruded and just too thin, but one of mine was cracked along that right angle seam. Too much of a pain to send them back, so I put that one in the back.Overall sturdiness is an issue.

Exceptionally easy to install, and I was able to get 12 jars across (using the jars that I bought in combination) so happy
