Works great!
Ok, TotalMount probably didn't expect this assembly "workaround", but it was the only workable solution for me. Live in old apartment, can't nail into walls and constrained by length of cable and location of outlet. The nails were huge. (I used a 3M Command Small Wire Hook for 1lb and under. The wire hook itself is moveable, easy to hang without obstruction or damage to precious HomePod Mini. Exercise careful placement because once the 3M Command hook in in place, it's on pretty good until removed. The pull-strip is hidden. It's very securely mounted.) Snug fit in cage, no worries about it falling out, but easy enough to move Mini to adjust. Excellent finish. The brand name on the side is not embossed in color gray or black, can hardly see it. Highly recommend.

Easy to install, very clean looking
This is perfect for a homepod mount, particularly in a place like a bathroom, where I have it. Clean, easy to install, and very very simple.

Perfect fit for my home pods minis. I have a few hanging and it created a surround sound in my room.

I didn't trust the adhesion mounting to the wall. I placed a screw in as it was in my workshop anyway. Fits perfectly and works as expected getting it high and out of the way.

Works great, awkward cord placement
The only problem is if you want the speaker to have the up and down volumes look right (minus on the left, plus on the right) the cord sticks up out of the top of the mount. We turned our speaker the other way so the cord sticks out down below and then over to the outlet. I think we still would buy this though cause it was easy to install, it’s been very sturdy, and so nice to have it up on the wall instead of on the counter.

Easy to install and wrap the cable around the back of the bracket was a great idea. It just has to be close to the electrical socket.
