WW Universal Bump Head

I just received my WW trimmer head. Right off the bat I am impressed by how sturdy it appears to be. I am excited to install it and give it a whirl. The problem is I can't figure out how to disassemble it to add and position the line. It comes with line prewound as I can see through the cracks. I am unable to open the spool. I have read and reread the instructions as well as gone to website videos. I tried the 800 hotline but they were closed at 2:30 pacific time. I've been working on this simple task for two hours now which prompted me to write this out of shear frustration. I will update when this has been resolved.

Purchased this item in June it is now broken in August, I mow 3 yards a week trimming each mow. So I would say 8 weeks of use is all I got out of the bump head, the plastic part that holds the spool in broke one of the ears off while I was trimming. Not a good design. I have since replaced with a different model and will see how that one does.Loved how easy it was to load and ease of use, but seems like a cheap design for the retainer.

The head quit feeding., I had to take a part and rewind the string, then after using it for about 15 min, the cap broke.

I am very pleased with this product, I live on a ranch and the weeds are tough, this product works very well in cutting weeds for my use.

Easy to swap. Had plenty of parts to change over.

Think this product is very defected. Used only one time and it exploded, into several parts, still can't locate enough pieces to tell what it was. with first use.
