Fun and science-related slime activities
A fun and 'science-y' activity to do together with kids - to make various slime-themed things. My children (4 and 7) enjoyed it a lot, from making squelchy slime (the favourite) to a bouncy ball. As is common, the packaging is overdone and the box is much bigger than it needs to be.

Another winner from Buki!
This is a great slime set and excellent value. It comes with ingredients and utensils for making slime along with additions such as glitter - always a plus. You can go through the ingredients quite quickly and make a few batches of slime, but you also get advice on other ingredients to use so at least the utensils and tools will come in handy in the longer-term.Nice way to introduce children to scientific methods and experimentation.

Good fun for a few hours
Fun slime kit that kept my kids occupied for hours. There are instructions for gooey and bouncy slime, and colouring liquid so that you create your own designs. The instructions are in several languages, which was quite distracting until I used a marker to circle around the English. What was really good is that at the end of the booklet it tells you how to make your own slim after all the enclosed packets run out.

Who wants slime with lumps in it?
Nice idea - powder, colour drops, stirrer and plastic pots in one kit with simple instructions. But no matter how slowly we pour the powder in or how quickly we stir, the powder always coagulates - sticks together in lumps that just will not mix in with the liquid. The end result looks more like an infectious disease swab than slime.Oh, and the slime we have made from this kit has gone off and developed mould after a couple of weeks.Back to Borax...

All you need to make slime
The kids loved this product as it has all you need to make slime and takes away the hassle of having to shop for individual bits. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Comes with mixing/storage Tupperware which is a plus in my opinion as you do not have to worry about the kids using kitchen items for their slimy mixture.

Pretty good intro.
Last year, slime was all the rage with the kids in my family, and the younger ones are still interested. This kit is a great introductory set, providing the required kit to make slime, a tougher bouncy ball mix and the ever popular fart paste (squelchy slime basically!). Comes with storage / mixing cups (so you get to keep your tupperware clean). Nice instruction leaflet that was fine for our kids (8 and 9) to follow - they did have the guidance of our more experienced slime experts too...Not a bad price compared with buying the bits individually - but we missed fluffy slime and pastel colours...

Perfect outdoor summer holiday activity!
My kids love slime and couldn't wait to get their hands on this. Around 6 activities are included, and the instructions were easy to follow independently for my two older children. Their favourite activity by far was the fart paste - some things really never do get old! It can get messy, and so we waited until the kids were bored and I sent them outside into the garden where it wouldn't matter if things got spilt - their clothes did get a bit goopy, but I'm pleased to say it washed out without staining.

A good kit for those who need a slime fix
A good kit for those who need a slime fix and have struggled with online recipes. However, the end product wasn't a patch on the glue/contact lens solution-based recipes we have made in the past. The main issue is that it is difficult to properly dissolve the powder in the water without leaving lumps, which rather gets in the way of the smooth, homogenous elasticity typical of normal slime. Having said all that, it's a very simple to use kit. Add your choice of colour and/or glitter to the warm water, stir in the powder - vigorously and in a few minutes you will have slime.
