This fit my truck and looks factory made but a lot less expensive. Very happy with this. Would buy again. It easy to install and works very well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's great and easy to install. For other F150 owners looking to install.... Look deep into the hole where it fits in. There is a plastic peg clip that holds the wire and is pegged into the body. Take a long flat head screwdriver and hammer. Bust that clip out and the wire plug will fully come out. Some video tutorials suggested to remove the roof cover on the inside..... Don't do it.

I have a 2004 F-150. When i took off the old light housing noticed that the connector was not accessible. Even gently pulling on it. I searched a popular video share site to get help and found a great video which i cannot post here. As an over-60 woman was impressed that i could take care of making that connector more accessible. Basically you do need to access the space from inside the truck. A small pry bar to pull off the two circular plugs on the very back ceiling panel. Gently pull down to see the connector. My connector was anchored to a subframe, again using the pry bar carefully - i was able to dislodge the connector and push it outside through the hole. Connection was perfect. Reverse to replace the ceiling panel usually just pushing the plugs in by hand or tapping with a soft mallet (make sure you finish connecting first, my wire was not very long and had to hold on to it while disconnecting and connecting). As other reviewers have said, it does fit perfectly, comes with a gasket and actually looks/works like a factory install.

2012 Ford F150 XL. This is not an OEM part. Still, I was able to install and it worked. Will have to wait for sometime to determine water resistance ability. I ordered a thicker gasket as recommended by other reviews. It was good. I needed the extra thickness.Pros: 1) It works and look good. 2) It did NOT require any rewiring. Cons: 1) It is not OEM and thus does not fit perfectly, although I was able to install. It does not sit flush like the OEM assembly. Also, the light sockets were not a perfect fit. The light would install into the fixture, but I had to gently use a pair of pliers to seat the bulbs. I was gentle so as not to break the bulb sockets. 2) The fixture does not sit flush with the body. It is maybe a quarter inch away. The extra thick gasket I purchased separately seemed better than the included gasket. 3) It did NOT come with screws. Fortunately, the original screws were in good shape and were reused on the new fixture. I would buy again. I have no idea how it compares to other non-OEM assemblies. Hope this review helps someone!

Was exactly what I wanted comes with the seal so it’s water resistant easy to install and functional. Lights up well for brightness and visibility as it should. I can’t even tell it’s not the one that come in it.

Poor quality control, this light has mounting holes for three bulb sockets, they are intended to be inserted and rotated a quarter turn to lock. The key holes used to accept the locking fins are not sized correctly for the fins. The result is that the bulbs cannot be attached, and therefore this product is useless. I am aware that the fins are not all the same size, and I tried all orientations before leaving this bad review. The chrome paint job on the reflector is flaked and extremely inconsistent. It looks like the junk that it is. Now I have compromised the factory seal on my truck, and this cannot be installed to replace it. Where is your quality control? Does nobody check to make sure the product works before you sell it to me saying that it works? Now I have a new risk of leaking water into my cab because this company can't be bothered to do their job. Unfortunately now the financial burden on me to fix it may be higher than the supposed value of this junk.
