My 5 year old has issues pulling back the slide / bolt on some of the nerf style guns! I love this dart gun! It looks very good! We got the red colored version (my kid's favorite color)! He now only has to push a lower button (below trigger to start the motor) and then pull the trigger. It doesn't shoot super fast (which is fine with me). It does pack some punch, so make sure to have some distance if you ever play person v person. We mainly target shoot. Would definitely buy again! Actually thinking of getting the blue version. Operates on rechargeable battery (charges via usb cable that is provided).

This gift was so perfect for my sons birthday gift. It is so cool, that I thought about getting another for myself. The magazine only holds 12 nerfs. I have been enjoying shooting it with my son, that in fact, I wish that it could hold at least 20. I love that it has 3 different options of burst. The automatic burst definitely had to be the best since it is rapid. I would definitely recommend getting it.I also used the video posted to set it up. That video was a life saver, because unfortunately, I did not know where some pieces were supposed to be go.

Really fun electric gun! It took a moment to assemble, but was an enjoyable process. The bullets come with both solid tipped and suction cup tipped foam bullets. I bought two for a gun fight, and the solid tipped bullets hurt a bit! I wouldn't recommend this for younger children. My only other point is that the MAG only carries 12 bullets. It runs out really quick, and you'll find yourself reloading often. Maybe worth investing in multiple mags so you can reload faster. If it came with two extra mags so you don't have to manually reload every minute, I think this would be the best product!

I honestly love this toy gun it’s easy to carry, there is a lot of ammunition, there are a lot of cool attachments on it, and it is a good price I feel like it would make a great gift for anyone.

My 13yr old nephew says this is the best gun he has (and he has a lot!) He's into mods and this one fits the bill! He especially likes the power, speed and distance that this gun shoots. I loved the price!! He loved it so much that we had to immediately order a second one so he can share with the neighborhood nerf gang.

Gun is ok. It works, but jams easily. The darts are really flimsy, and every 4th or 5th shot, a dart will just tumble out. There is a Nerf model on Amazon that looks just like this one. Unfortunately I didn't see it until I bought this one. My kids have a bunch of Nerf guns, and we thought it would be worth trying something else. The Nerf darts are better, the Nerf gun shoots further, and is better built. The only improvement over the Nerf model is the rechargeable battery. Just buy the Nerf gun.

I got this for my twins daughter for her birthday, their friends wanted to have a nerf war and I couldn't allow my baby go to war without being armed lol I purchased quite a few but made sure everyone had a different flair. We play individually and or teams and either way we have a blast!! No one ever gets hurt although the harder tips do sting a little. The suction tips stick to walls doors headboards shower wall window refrigerator microwave TV screens handrails and cabinets. The speed and accuracy are phenomenal!! This is a good time for children and adults alike!!

BUY A DIFFERENT NERF GUN! We got this for an 8-year old for his birthday and it was a total bust! After assembling it and patiently waiting 3 hours for the battery to charge, he was super-excited to finally play with it. Turns out it doesn't shoot. When you pull the trigger, the motor starts, but no darts shoot. There is a mechanism inside that is supposed to move forward and backward to shoot the darts. That mechanism does not move, and therefore the darts do not shoot. This was a piece of junk and a total disappointment for a birthday present. My second complaint is that I don't think it came with all the parts. The pictures seem to show the carrying handle having two pieces, but ours only came with one. I cannot confirm it was supposed to have two pieces, but it is impossible to mount this handle because it seems I only have half of it. The box was sealed, so i'm completely lost as to how we didn't seem to have all the pieces. Again, do not buy this one!

Magazine clip broke after first use. The clip that holds the magazine in place broke off so magazine won’t stay attached to gun. Also the bullet tips kept falling off. Don’t waste your money.
