While I mistakenly assumed these were glass framed artworks, these canvas frames with a wooden border still strikes a calming minimalist statement. These frames take little time to mount and offer a premium feel.The canvas artworks come as a two-pack, an awakening mountainscape and the other a roaring ocean. I immediately prefer the calmer, single tone mountain. But this is not to say the second frame is dislikeable, the setting remains boundless and the lines are consistent with minimalism. The choice is a matter of character preference, go with single tranquillity or go with activity and contrast. The wooden frame border leaves a final classy feel, contrasting against the white canvas and colours.The mounting surprisingly required a little more thought, although nothing complicated for even DIY newbies. The canvas has two mounting brackets as pictured, where it sits on a screw or nail. Most obviously, you need a spirit leveler, for a level mount. Once you have your frame leveled and ready for marking, you may quickly realise there is no way to mark the little dip on the mounting bracket. The easy solution: when the frame is level, mark the top line of each bracket; take off one bracket with a screwdriver and align it with the marking you made. Now you can finally sketch the dip! Rescrew the mount, hammer in/drill where needed and done!In all, these canvas artworks bring a calming touch to any room. The lightweight feel makes them easy to mount. The wooden frame leaves a full showcase finish to satisfy the craving for minimalism.

I am already familiar with Nusnos artwork and these matching ‘Sea’ and ‘Mountain’ pieces are again quality canvases that would suit home or office. Both were delivered in substantial outer packaging and contained within another Nusnos branded rigid box. Both canvases were protected with thick film and cardboard corner protectors so there were no issues with transit damage.Although simple and modern, the images are crisp and the wooden framed canvases are lightweight so should be easy to hang on a single string hook.This pack of two quality canvases – the tranquil mountain scene and the more dynamic rolling sea image - should blend in easily together in many interiors because of these simple, uncluttered modern images and they are at a very affordable price. I don’t think you will be disappointed with the quality and interior design they achieve on your wall.

This pack includes two quite large canvas prints Japanese, or perhaps Korean, in style. They are really not to my taste but a friend liked them very much indeed as it seems do most of the reviewers here.Assuming you’ve purchased these because you like the artwork I’ll concentrate on practicalities. The two canvases arrived very well packed in a large Amazon box and a smaller product box. Each picture is shrink-wrapped with carding to protect the frame corners. It’s very unlikely these pictures will arrive damaged.The product description makes it relatively clear that the pictures are not in framed glass, the canvas is simply stretched and stapled in place in the frames. This makes them lightweight and safer to transport.Two framing brackets are attached to the inside top of each frame. This creates a problem for the DIY challenged as to hang straight the pictures will need two screws or nails level with each other. Moreover as they are so light two brackets really aren’t needed as one would do. You could use the brackets or get away with a single nail or screw and balance the frame on this. Apart from the brackets no fitting accessories are included.At about £20 each at time of review, having two immediately displayable pictures of significant size seems good value for money.Overall four stars. It might even have been five if I’d liked the subject matter!

These are silk screen (I think ) on canvas.Very light weight, I can pick on up from the corner one handed.I went with the light oak colour frames and they are quite similar to Bamboo in colour depth.The canvas is stapled to the frame at back and the frame is a mitred corner type with cornr L shaped stapling.There is a mid way strut which has been fitted so that it doesnt touch the canvas.The pictures themelves are very cleanly printed, no smuding or missed bits or runs.Typically this kind of picture has no glass and so the canvas texture is easily discernable.The thing that drew me to them the most was the Tolkien style of the mountains and the waves.They cheer up a wall very nicely and give a bit of a sunshiney feel.There are 2 hanging points on each one and they are shaped metal brackets to sit on a nail.You can thread a hanging cord through them as there is plenty of space for that.OF the 2 , I prefer the mountain scape as the waves of the other picture feel a bit less well tidied up with lines going nowhere but they make a good pair to display on a long wall or two ends of a room.
