My new truck has a 2.5 inch receiver and all my class 3 hitches are 2 inches (adjustable and anti sway hitch). This sleeve not only stopped the rattle but it's a second layer of theft deterrent and it saved me 600 dollars by allowing me to re-use my original hitch set ups. Well worth the money for sure.

The product worked great for about 6 months. Bolt snapped off while hand tightening with open end wrench. Warranty claim was easy and took a week for a new product t.

If you have to use a 2" receiver hitch in a 2 1/2" receiver then you have to decide on using a hitch tightener on the 2" part or the 2 1/2" part. There is usually not room for both clamps. This slick little gadget works as the adaptor and the clamp and tightens down on both. Really cool design. I would like to see beefier bolts though and a couple of flat washers along with the lock washers would be nice. Still, well worth the money.

It is nice that the anti-rattle device is welded on. The issue is the bolts are half in diameter as most of the anti-rattle devices. It loosed up the first two trips and the third the bolt had broke off. I could be I had a defective one. I am waiting for the company to respond back to see if it under warranty. I have had good luck with there other products
