This is the second time I've purchased these cinnamon sticks and they are vastly superior to anything you will find in the supermarket. They arrived promptly and the package included some free samples of Ceylon tea, which was a nice touch. The tea is also very good.

All good as expected

I am in the process of weaning myself off tea and coffee because they aggravate my heart arrhythmia. I really needed something better than wishy washy herbal tea. I grind half of one of these cinnamon sticks in what was my coffee grinder and put one third of the powder in a cup with boiling water and a little honey. Wow! If you like the taste of cinnamon this makes a lovely warming drink. It is slightly sweet on its own and gives an intense flavour that is a good substitute for coffee. I am also feeling better, with more energy and without the mood dips that l think coffee causes. I haven’t tried this cinnamon in cakes yet but l know it will give my fruit cakes a beautiful flavour. Highly recommend.

The product arrives well sealed for flavour retention and deserves similar protection until use. A trifle costly I thought but the value tolerable when source and preparation is considered.
