These planters are absolutely the very best for start-ups. I love growing new plants from leaves or cuttings from other plants and these planters make the job as easy as possible. You will be more than satisfied. They look good, they are very well made and easy to work with. I was so happy with them that I just purchased another set. The best thing is you never have to worry about watering too much or too little again, just keep that reservoir filled.

These things are pretty awesome. Osmosis through the string works perfectly. My wheatgrass has done so well its roots have actually made it through to the water reservoir. Highly recommended.

Wow, This Tricolor Hoya Krimson Queen is more beautiful and much larger than I imagined. It was certainly wrapped with great care, with a sign on the outside of the box that said, "Live plant inside, handle with love" I appreciate that. And yes, its healthy and in superb shape. I also appreciate the guarantee for live arrival, (its alive and well) and for directions to care for my plant. Because this company cares so much, I have a beautiful plant I can be proud of, and yes I'll do my own research, but thank you so much for leading me in the right direction!! :))

So i got these pots because im starting to become a lazy plant owner, I'd like to water 1 time a week and be done, and these pots where great for it. It came in a bunch of sizes and these are great, things started to get rough when i noticed I had to wash the reservoirs once a week or else Algae would start to form, So i went from only wanting to water once a week to watering once a weak AND im cleaning out gross reservoirs along with the cotton wick. I also didnt see the purpose of the net that you were supposed to put at the bottom until i saw little roots growing from the many holes at the bottom of the pot. The good thing is repotting them in another pot is easy and the roots didnt get damaged as i pulled them out of the reservoir. That is totally my fault though, I'm saying this so you can avoid my mistakes lol Last thing, these pots aren't that sturdy, not sure if its cause the base gets smaller however these pots can easily tip over your plant starts to get top heavy and reach for another plant and you accidentally this plant and the pot can tip over, especially if you have a pole in there. I think im going to stick with traditional pots from now on.

Love these pots. Perfect for top or bottom watering. Sufficient drainage for top fertilizing, and large reservoir for bottom watering once plants are transitioned to semi hydro.

Outside I have herbs growing, inside I have aloe plants. I haven't had to add more water to the inside pot yet as the aloes need very little moisture to thrive. It has been a month! Outside, I have to clean the bottom clear water tank because algae starts to grow but it cleans easily. I have the pot sitting under an overhang where it is somewhat protected from the weather and the pot still looks brand new after a month and a half of being outdoors. I am glad I purchased this product

I just got around to repotting using these so I can’t speak on how well these planters help keep the plants watered, but just from taking them out the box I can say I am a bit disappointed. None of the 6 inch planters fit snuggly into the bottom water container. Hopefully this doesn’t make them more prone to tipping over. For one 6 inch container I cut small slits through mesh and threaded the string through it and into the water well to see if that is a better and more direct way of the plant getting water. Hopefully my plants don’t die!

Super simple to use, add the cotton rope to the main container connect it to the water container add the mesh then add your plant! It will automatically give itself water for weeks on end. I’ve been using a variety of these containers for years now and all of my plants have thrived in them.

No need to worry about watering just check waterlevel in the base & top up if necessary

Best plastic planter I have used. That’s all I have to say about that.

The item was shipped with only 2 upper part and 4 bottom containers. Not sure if it is mistake or deliberate

Exactly as advertised. Arrived quickly, intact, nothing broken or damaged, all parts present. Very nice and sturdy, looks exactly as pictured on the site. Ported my basil plant in it and it loves the constant source of water without the risk of root rot. Really smart design and it works wonderfully. Love it!
