A Silent Killer
This computer is pretty amazing. I got the 10th gen Core i7 with 16 gigs of RAM and 500 gig hard drive. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. Set up only took about ten minutes. Windows 10 came already loaded which was nice. I hooked it up to my WIFI which was a breeze. It comes with a stand so you can set it up on its side and it neatly fits onto my desktop. Solid metal housing. Feels well made. Looks beautiful and modern with blue LED power button.I wanted this to edit 4K videos. I loaded it with my video editing software and was off and running. Vegas Pro 15 starts quickly and runs smoothly. I loaded some 4K footage and it ran with no lag even when scrubbing through the timeline. I edited a simple 4-minute 4K project in about 5 minutes. I also edited the same project but outputted to 1080 and the computer whipped through that in about 3 minutes. This all happened with the unit silently sitting on my desktop. It got a little warm but not hot and seemed to handle these tests very well. My old HP laptop would loudly moan through my projects, so it's incredible to do it with no fan noise, etc.. Internet and YouTube watching is also silent and speedy. I don't have any games to try out, but if it easily handles video editing, it will probably run most games pretty well too.Love the 8 USB and 2 HDMI ports. So far can't find any flaws and very happy with this unit after a week. For the price, this is a winner!

Looks good. Bricked out EXACTLY 60 days after purchase.
Only boots to bios. Then, shuts down.

Great PC. I love how quiet it is
I purchased this about 6 weeks ago. I initially had some troubles with the wireless ethernet, but the Kindel support was very fast. All I had to do was uninstall the driver and Windows re-installed it automatically. I was also comforted by the fact that I received the official Windows license information with the computer. I was afraid it was pirated. But everything works great. Very fast. Very quiet. Best of all, it isn't pre-loaded with bloatware. Clean version of Windows 10.

Pretty good overall. Very good value, with just a few catches.
The good:* Genuine name brand parts. Memory is Samsung, SSD is Kingston, and are not even their 'value' variants.* Was worried about overheating with no fan, seems to cool effectively. All aluminum sturdy case. Case even has mounting screw holes.* RAM slot, mini-PCIe, 2 port USB header, and SATA port empty to be used for upgrades. Case includes a mount and screws for a 2.5 inch HDD/SSD.* All specifications appear to be accurate. Including subtle performance ones like memory speed.* BIOS is UEFI and has a ton of detailed options.* No bloatware or spyware, as far as I can tell, installed on it. Best to wipe it regardless though. The bad:* WiFi card is meh. Wireless N, not AC. I bought a replacement that includes Bluetooth and AC.* Support is non-existent. Don't count on any sort of BIOs updates or anything. Can't even find a support page for downloads. Or even a manual. CPU-Z reports system manufacturer is "Default String", haha.* Windows license is illegal. Yes, it works, yes, it says it is valid when checked. But the license type is a volume license, NOT an OEM license or a retail license. These are meant to be used internally in an enterprise and cannot legally be transferred to you or sold in new systems. Don't be surprised if your license spontaneously stops working once Microsoft finds out about this. On the plus side, since they are handing out their internal license key, feel free to use it to activate any other Windows Pro installs you have on their dime!

Fast, Compact, Simple Setup and Go.
I was looking for something with gen 10 Intel i7 and liked the compact size and specs. This is mainly for my kid's remote learning needs but I could also use this as well if needed. The price was reasonable and when compared with the larger brand names, the Kingdel was the better value. The unit was well packaged and it looked and felt well built as well. The computer fired right up without the need to perform any setup normally required when purchasing a new computer from larger brands (HP, Dell, etc). This did not come with a specific Win 10 license but I think you can find the product ID under Systems (where it shows your computers specs like processor, memory etc). I didnt care about that as long as everything worked and it sure did. Some complained about a user account already being created but it didnt bother me. I renamed my account and I am not fully sure what the downfall is with this. The user account was probably created so Kingdel could set everything up and test it.I liked that there wasnt a lot of unneccesary programs installed that I always end up uninstalling anyways. There were just essential programs installed so video, audio, wifi, etc...works.One pleasant surprise was I noticed Microsoft Office 2007 under programs (control panel -> programs) and I thought it was odd to see a 2007 version as opposed to a current trial version. Well it turns out, microsoft works (word, excel, powerpoint). Not going to comment on the legality but it was nice to have a version installed that didnt require a subscription (think Microsoft 365).The computer is pretty fast amd I am very happy with it. Keep in mind, this is not used for gaming. But this is faster then my other laptops running gen 7 i7 core. I would definitely recommend Kingdel and will look at their offerings the next time I am in the market for a pc again. The only minor thing I experienced once was the unit wouldnt power on (no power light either). After checking power adapter numerous times it eventually worked and we just leave it on and havent turned it off so I dont know if this is still a problem. Kingdel has a US service center and a warranty so Im not super concerned.

Good PC, make sure you have good power to it
The PC works fine, solid. To have it powered on power on you need to flip a jumper inside. Not a big deal, technical team were swift in helping with that.If you are going to use it with 100% CPU usage and have USB peripherals, make sure you use a good power supply to it. 100W is not enough, so make sure you get at least 200W one.
