Q: Do U plug this is a regular outlet does it come with power cord?

You have to run a 30 amp breaker w 10gauge wire for 220v hardwire. There is no plug. We ended up not using at all!

Q: Does this have a power cord to plug in? Can it be used as a hand held wand? Hoping it can be used in my Rv.

It can't be use as a hand held as it is a 220V electric shower head.

Q: I'm confused does it plug into a wall outlet or not?

If you have an outlet of 220volts and make the right connection is possible, but you must use 30Amp. fuse ok.

Q: It stop heating up, can it be fixed

My unit is still working so I don't have an idea if it can be fixed if it stops working. Sorry.
