KEY-BAK MID6-Duo Heavy Duty Badge Reel and Keychain That Holds 10 Keys, Carabiner, Black, Medium (0006-0824)

Have had a few and they always break. At work we need to buzz in and out of almost every door using our ID. Lots of pulling and tugging and it’s still going strong!!

Was ok at first but after a couple months of using daily it started to unravel right where the rope met the housing that holds the keys. I bought the kevlar chain and maybe I should have gotten the one with the chain. The kevlar material did not hold up long. Maybe 2 months and it started fraying. I was afraid to lose my keys so I got something else.

I love this company. Their products I have owned in the past have been of great quality. This one is no exception! I carry about 10-15 keys, and an ID badge for work. This gets the job done. It is easy to remove from my belt loop if I need to. It extends far enough that most of the day I don’t need to remove it, though. Past products I have used from this company, the cord has lasted a long time—like 2-3 years. So I’m interested to see if this one holds up. So far, so good.

The key chain lasted a week from delivery. After a few uses, it fell into two parts and is not suitable for further use. Not worth the money. Low quality. I do not recommend. Once upon a time, KEY-BAK products were much better and lasted a long time.

I’m a RN and this product looks great but no manufacturer makes an ID loop holder that is big enough. We have an ID badge, Card key fob for parking, elevator, and medication room access, more ID card holders for vital department numbers (over 30), RN position Identifier that hangs beyond other cards. About 6-7 cards at any time. I have to secure the loop snap with several rounds of tape no matter the manufacturer, or all the cards fall off without warning. Offer a bigger more secure plastic loop or more secure snap or fastener. Our whole work lives are on that loop. We cannot give medications, access the building, or parking lot without it! Help!
