I found this product online and decided to try it because I was having TERRIBLE night sweats from menopause. I could not get a decent nights sleep no matter what. I can’t do hormone replacement therapy due to health reasons and my gynecologist didn’t think this would work. After reading the reviews, I decided to try it anyway. I am soooo glad I did! It did nothing for the first month and I considered giving up. The instructions state that you need to use it for 3 months to get the full effect. After 2 months, I noticed that I was hot having quite as many night sweats. After 3 months, they are almost completely gone! I may have little episodes when I get too warm, but it’s not really disrupting my sleep much. The soaking night sweats and sleeping in the spare room because I can’t stand it are GONE! I will take this as long as I need too! Guess my doctor was wrong. I paid $20 for a month of pills at Walmart and found this deal for a 3 month supply for $29!!!! Life changer!

I’m 35 with medically induced menopause due to endometriosis. I have tried a few other menopause supplements from store-bought brands to fancy proprietary blends and they all provide temporary hot flash reduction but never offer long lasting relief and nothing has been able to improve my night sweats. This product contains a different ingredient than all the other menopause supplements- Rhapontic Rhubarb Root. This is the only supplement that has completely eradicated my night sweats! The other products with dong quai, black cohosh, red clover and chasteberry offer temporary support for daytime hot flashes but soon wears off after a few weeks. I even spent $60 a month for 5 months on one product that had excellent reviews. I’ve been taking Estroven complete for 3 months and my night sweats are completely gone! I no longer wake up in soaked sheets. I’ve noticed that I have gotten more sensitive to the air conditioning in my house and keep bumping the temperature up. Hot flashes are never fun. Hot flashes in Florida - awful! I was looking for something to help control the major temperature swings and this was recommended to me by my gynecologist. She said that she used it herself and found it to work well. I noticed several of the reviews here stated that they noticed relief after 14 days. I didn't see relief that quickly. But after a month of taking this at the same time every day, I noticed that I wasn't having hot flashes anymore! 😆🎉 I mention taking this at the same time each day because now I'm at the beginning of some long term international travel, so my schedule has gotten a bit off. And wouldn't you know it - I'm flashing again. So I'll make an effort to get back on schedule because I've seen how helpful this can be. Give it a try if you're on the fence. And try it for well over a month if necessary. It may take some time before you notice any relief, but once it kicks in, boy is it worth it!

I normally buy the Estroven Energy and Heat Relief which works fairly well for me so thought I would try this one. I started having stomach pains after 3 days and then my poos started getting really hard and I got quite constipated. Other symptoms were headaches and a general feeling of being unwell. The only good thing about it was I suffer fron rheumatoid arthritis and I was surprised that my aches and pains went away in my bones...... wish I could have kept using it just for this. My hot flushes were still there also and didn't help my energy levels. so for me this product although there was one good side effect there were too many other bad ones.

I've had these before and they worked a treat. Ran out and took a couple of weeks to get more. Well that fortnight has been hell on wheels. It's taken a couple of weeks to start working, but we're not quite there yet. Don't let yourself run out!!!
