As this is a Shampoo and a Conditioner, I used it on my hair! This worked very well on my "senior" hair and my daughter"s very long hair. The shampoo lathers well and does not need a second application - my hair was "squeaky clean" after one wash. The conditioner is so thick that I stand the bottle upside down for easier pouring. I highly recommend the product.
