This would be a nice camera if the ptz worked on any of our dvr's

We purchased a fine camera (if only the ptz worked) and then a controller (still does not function).I was irked at how much it will cost me to ship all this back but then found that amazon is actually going to cover the cost!!!!! Now I'm pissed off for amazon who shouldn't be liable for the seller's quality control shortcomings.Yes, I want a ptz camera and a controller. I'm willing to pay more. I simply would appreciate receiving something that works. Anyone out there have a solid camera as this one?

Excellent! Camera works great.
Camera has been up for about 3 months straight with no issues at all. Price point is excellent. PTZ Controls work great as long as programming is done correctly.
