Minecraft: The Lost Journals: An Official Minecraft Novel

A book of words and also some pictures. I read them and my dog heard. The wordsAnd it was good. We enjoyed reading this book. We will read the next one if there is one and in the meantime we will not.

Got this book for my son, and he's really enjoying it. I was worried that it'd be too easy (like a little-kid book) for him, but it's not like that at all. He's almost finished and ready for the others in the series. Definitely recommend for the 'older' kids who like Minecraft!

This book is a little slow and confusing at first as the author sets up the storyline. However, once it gets going it’s hard to put down. There are a few minor issues with Minecraft game mechanics not quite accurately reflected, but most were easily accepted or overlooked, some should even be added to the game!The loss experienced by the main characters is well illustrated. How they react to it and how it continues to weigh on them is very well done. It’s difficult not to get emotionally involved at certain parts. It’s not too overly descriptive or raw so that it would overwhelm younger readers, but would definitely recommend that parents read through it first if you have sensitive youngsters. The loss of parents is a difficult subject for us all, but the author handles it in a very tasteful and ultimately Minecraftian (?) way.Highly recommended. I’m really hoping to see a follow up book like they just did with Max Brooks’ “The Island.”

I loved this book, it was amazing the story was very well writen. I really hope you do a sequel like Max did with "The island" Overall i think it is the bst one in al of the books really should buy this book!Thanks for such a good book:D

Its not true to minecraft game play it tries to make minecraft like a real life situation. So you don't know how to craft things with out being told how by someone. Its a good story and all but i wished it would have took more inspiration from minecraft it self to write the problems and situations.

Very well written. I read this to my child and we both enjoyed every minute! If you’ve played Minecraft it will help you understand some of the concepts. We aren’t experts in the game so some things were new lessons - such as the fact that you can’t sleep in a bed in the Nether!

I enjoyed reading this book.It kept me entertained for a long time,after the first time I read it I liked it so much that I read it 5 times.

Product arrived damaged and so was unable to give as a gift for Christmas. The back cover was creased from top to bottom down the middle and the back pages were the same

I love this book almost as much as i like rocket league.Probaly my favourite book ive ever read. I need a sequel. I am so sad that i finished it i actually jumped out of the window. Mur if youre reading this can you make a sequel
